I enjoyed the tour to El Alamein Military Museum and war cemeteries. Heba, my guide was good and provided a lot of relevant and useful information enroute and at each site. Since the journey takes about 3 hours, a tourist should get atleast 4 hours on site for the tour to be meaningful. A bottle of water should be provided on the tour. Some information by the guide on the historic battles of El Alamein in 1942-43 including participants, dates, places, outcomes would be a bonus. Use of a map would provide a better perspective.

Our guide Heba was a wealth of knowledge and her smile humour and interaction made the day excellent. Our driver kept us safe in the Alexandria traffic. Good tour, good laughs. Thanknyou Heba for a wonderful tour

Heba and Mohamed Fathy were a dream team for a tour! Heba was so knowledgeable at every single site and floored me with her ability to make us excited at every site. She was able to connect different historical figures and sites together, she figured out our vibe fast and was just a joy to spend the day with. I truly felt at every location I was getting a story I would actually remember and be able to tell my friends about. In addition she gave us moments alone to enjoy the beauty of where we were, took incredible photos for us, and managed to find a restaurant to accommodate my husband and I’s different appetite as well as find a restaurant that had a view of Greek/Egyptian historical site AND a view of the sea! She was the best tour guide I’ve had in Egypt. Mohamed was also spectacular, gorgeous car, smooth driving, and even went and grabbed us water. He was awesome. My only complaint was with the booking company itself, they sent a bunch of long texts that contained a change in our tour time and never confirmed that I saw the change. They instead focused on trying to sell me a different service. But Heba and Mohamed were such a joy that by the time we got to the first site I completely forgot.

The tour starts and ends in Alexandria; if you live in areas (perhaps) not covered, the day before (so that you cannot cancel the tour), they will tell you to pay extra money ($50) on top of the already quite high cost of the tour. Oh, and obviously they told me late the night before that there was no guide who spoke Italian (even though I paid for the service); they sent me a drive with an audio guide that lasted a total of 5 minutes, maybe. The guide was very good and very helpful, but unfortunately I didn't enjoy the experience much. I don't advise against it, but be careful, also because in my opinion they ripped me off for the "transportation" money. And they were not fair in certain respects.

Good choice to see the city, and the tourist guide had knowledge, and was punctual and kind, I recommend it!!!

The tourguide, Heba, was really nice and flexible. She made our trip as nice as possible. We could do visits not included in the trip by ourselves (and at our own expences) while she waited patiently. And as we had a driver we did not have to worry about traffic at all!

I would like to express my deep satisfaction with the excellent organization of this outing. The driver, Ehab, was very kind and drove safely, which immediately put us at ease. Our guide, Heba, demonstrated remarkable professionalism: she took the time to explain the city’s history and its key monuments with clarity and passion, making the visit both informative and captivating. I highly recommend Heba for her teaching skills and dedication, and Ehab for his reliability behind the wheel. Our guide Heba and driver Essen were both excellent. We enjoyed our day visiting the cemeteries and museum of El Alamein. Heba even arranged a delicious lunch for us.

Heba and Mahmoud were the absolute best. They made the entire day so enjoyable, they were so knowledgeable and it was an amazing experience. I could not recommend this tour more! It was perfect for two and it included admission to many places plus a meal!
