Gudyalchay Canyon is one of the most striking natural landscapes in the Guba region. Its steep cliffs, deep valleys and the cool flow of the river create a dramatic and refreshing atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy peaceful walks through the canyon and take in the fresh mountain air. During the summer, relaxing by the river and admiring the surrounding scenery becomes especially enjoyable. The canyon is an ideal destination for anyone looking to experience the wild and untouched nature of northern Azerbaijan.
We went on this tour with Shahin as our guide. We had a very nice trip, with among others a nice hike through a beautiful landscape, very tasty local food and we also met friendly local people. Shahin's English is good. He tells a lot of interesting information and is very accomodating to potential wishes of travelers.
