Amazing amount of historical information provided in a clear manner. Our tour guide Anna was excellent and provided humour along the way.
Great experience Anna was a wealth of knowledge and fun too. She definitely made the tour much more enjoyable

On August 11, 2025 I booked the tour for January 5, 2026. On December 11th I get a message and they ask me to bring the tour forward by an hour, which I accept. The day of the tour about an hour before I was notified that it was canceled because there are no tickets available to enter the Alcazar. I couldn't see him anymore because the next day I had a flight home. A shame!!
We made a full reservation with tickets and guided tour and were left lying around without entering the Alcazar because they bought tickets for other people instead of my mother and me. A disgrace come on... there are mistakes and mistakes. This is very sensitive and data is requested in advance as entries are nominative. You come to Seville with all your enthusiasm, you book with an Enterprise to take care of everything by paying in advance so that then you are left lying at 2.30 in the afternoon and you seek your life. Still above you phone to claim and they tell you they give you your money back... WHAT? I'd just have to get my money back. If that's okay with you, I thank you for your nefarious management and I apologize for that. THIS IS NOT DONE. It's a disgrace.
buenas tardes, le pedimos disculpa por lo ocurrido, ha sido un error humano a la hora de comprar las entradas nominativas y cuando nos dimos cuenta no quedaban mas entradas. le invitamos a que la próxima vez que vuelvan a Sevilla nos contacten y le regalaremos una visita guiada con nosotros por las molestias. no es nuestra forma de trabajar pero alguna vez pasan errores humanos. Meeting point instructions very unclear. Not told to bring photo ID for entry to Palace Tour guide unhelpful in finding/joining tour Viator customer support did not support customer!
Good afternoon, the meeting point is specified on your reservation voucher and can be found on Google Maps. Passports are required for reservations, so this is necessary. We're sorry you couldn't find the meeting point.
Very informative and great presentation. Enjoyed the trip very much. It was a very rainy day but we still enjoyed it.
I can’t even rate this product as our reservation didn’t even show up on the tour group. We were on time for check in with our booking and to see our name was not in the list with the tour guide. We came all the way from Canada and stayed for two days in Seville and missed visiting Alcazar because of the fault of Viator. They couldn’t accommodate us for the Alcazar tour even though we had a confirmed reservation. The response we got from Viator was “Sorry your name didn’t show up on the network so we will refund you the money”. It was just easy for them to say sorry and refund the money but never realized that we travelled all the way from Canada and left Seville without seeing Alcazar. Was a total disappointment. In a situation like this Viator should be able to find an alternate solution to satisfy the customer and not just offer a refund, because time is precious when you are travelling. Someone spending thousands of dollars to travel a small refund is not going to make any difference.
Guided tour with Raoul, smiling and with excellent Italian; available to repeat and provide new earphones that break quickly. Despite the time of 13 the visit was very pleasant Raoul also left us useful tips on where to eat and what not to miss in Seville
Very educational visit with Maria José as Guide. She tells history very well in French. Is very sympathetic. Too bad we don't always have time to take pictures. Highly recommended!!
