SAM was incredible. we had a situation in the morning causing us to miss the Jack sparrow caves tour. however they rearranged and let us use them in the shorter tour in the afternoon. Sam was a great guide and so very sweet and helpful. he took some great photos and turned the horrible morning experience into a great afternoon. and saved my friend from flipping off jet ski.
I thought the idea of the Jack Sparrow Cave including snorkeling was great, so I gave the tour to my boyfriend for his birthday. When we arrived we were told we were not allowed to take our bumbag (including cell phones) in the designated storage space in the jet ski. The guides would take photos for us and then send them to us via WhatsApp. At the first stop one of the guides drove away and only one stayed behind. But he made no attempt to show us properly where the cave was and he didn't come with us. So all of us inexperienced people were sent into a pitch-black cave (partly underwater) without instructions, guidance or light. Only one of 18 had a small light. A few photos were taken of us here and there and then back at the starting point we were surprised: we had to pay €20 for the photos!! For the price we paid I think that was a complete rip-off, we weren't informed about it beforehand and now it was clear why we weren't allowed to take our cell phones with us. Simply impossible and a real shame about what was actually a lovely tour!!
What a beautiful opportunity to see hidden coves, cliffs, and rocks on Mallorca’s north coast! Pablo was an exceptional guide, tailoring the event to our ability level and interests. Do not miss this tour!! The team was also very well organized and kind.
My husband and I loved every single second of this tour. We went towards the end of the season, mid-October, so there was only one other couple with us during the tour. Our guide was awesome and being a local, he knew a lot about the island and the waters. And the cave itself - WOW!!! It was absolutely incredible. The cave itself isn't deep, but being in there on the choppy waters is an experience on its own. We absolutely, 100% recommend it to anyone who loves water, and will be going back as soon as we can!! Thank you to all the staff and especially our guide on the tour, Federico - Fefe (if I'm not mistaken :) )
