Excursion d'une journée à Alanya, Pamukkale et Hiérapolis

Pamukkale itself is beautiful to see but the content of the excursion is horrific. 2:30 you will be picked up from your hotel. With a small bus of tourists you will be taken to a large bus and you will pick up other tourists. The travel guide makes inappropriate comments. You are woken up to ask if you can switch seats in the middle of the night???? Be prepared to start the day exhausted by not being able to sleep. The excursion agency does nothing with feedback. The food was good (breakfast-lunch-dinner) but you really had to hurry. Explanations on the bus about the excursion were clear. No more time for the balance. You can pay another €30 after the trip for some kind of entrance? There's nowhere to clean up properly in a hurry. The bazaars you stop in between are not very interesting. A waste of time. No access to the cleopatra pool. Eventually you book the trip to spend 2 hours in pamukkale itself. It's a shame. You don't have time to look at everything quietly. You can bet you won't be home until after 11:00. Much more practical to visit pamukkale without excursion.

Overall experience is really excellent and we have really enjoyed the trip. Guide Ibrahim was fantastic. Ontime pickup but little late to drop us back to hotel due to multiple drops of other tourists. Lunch was amazing too. Location is mind blowing

Trip was great and everything went smoothly, got fed breakfast, lunch and dinner at no extra cost which was a pleasant surprise but wasn't too impressed with the entry fee into Pamukkale which could have been explained better. On the way we visited some other places and stores which added up to this great experience. The views were breathtaking even though there's not much water left in the thermal basins, it is still worth visiting. Buying tickets and communicating via WhatsApp was smooth and efficient, any issues were quickly resolved by Eric. Great experience overall. I would highly recommend.

Me and my wife booked the service for day trip to pamukkale, it was a Fantastic service for beautiful destination. Totally worth it. Very happy

Honestly 5 stars isn't high enough to describe how amazing this experience was. Our tour guide Gozde is absolutely fantastic! Such a brilliant personality and very knowledgeable about everything! She definitely made amazing experience even more incredible. If anyone is thinking of doing this please do so and ask for Gozde if you can she will completely make it even more of a special day! Thanks again for everything and we will definitely be back again !!

Tour guide was really good and knowledgeable very much enjoyed the trip However our driver dropped us at wrong hotel and was slightly angry when tried to explained we were at wrong hotel. We had no idea where we were. 2 older women left to find our own way back. 1 hour took us to get back.

I very much enjoyed this trip Be aware if you going from Alanya it is a very long day , but I thought the experience was worth it You get collected from your hotel by mini bus , my pick up time was 02.15 am and the driver was prompt. You then meet a coach and the coach takes you to the destination Breakfast was nice , the restaurant we stop was very friendly and efficient ( breakfast is extra cost) The group I was with all seam to enjoy the lunch , I myself heap my plate and then left more than i ate The wine tasting experience was very good and interesting ( I don’t normally like these little stops they throw in when you’re on a day trip) but no pressure to taste or buy anything. Pamukkale was amazing, I paid extra to bath in the cleopatra pool and didn’t have time to do the salt pool which look more fun and at no extra cost , I would have rather done the salt pools Eric and his team were lovely

This trip is a must if you visit Antalya Depending on where you are staying it can be a long day , but worth it I was collected promptly at 02.15 by a mini bus from my hotel, the driver was efficient and friendly. I was driven to a different location where I was transferred to a coach Which was ready sand waiting for us at the meeting point. We then headed for our destination On the way we stop for breakfast, staff at the restaurant were polity and efficient We then continue to a wine tasting session Now normally I do not like it when they divert to these little stop offs to make you buy something you don’t want , however it was very pleasant and there was no pressure to buy , I did buy some Turkish delight Then finally onto pamukkale , beautiful place Thank you Eric for an awesome experience

It was a super great excursion. Everything was well explained what was done. We were allowed to organize our own time on arrival which we really liked. In the Cleopatra’s pool we sat for a while after which our skin really felt a lot softer really recommended! Then we saw the other places which was also very cool. The return trip took us a long time because we were almost the last to be dropped off but for this trip we definitely had that left!
