On Viator, I chose the more expensive day trip (€65) because I was hoping for a more unique experience. In the reviews — although they were from 1–2 years ago — people mentioned visiting a Berber family home and enjoying home-cooked food. However, I ended up in a group where other participants paid around €20–25, and the only real difference seemed to be that dinner was included. To be fair, the organizer refunded part of the amount after I asked, which I appreciate. Still, I don’t recommend this day trip.
Yassine provided us with a wonderful day trip experience. He is from a small village inside the Atlas mountains and has a real passion for the area.Yassine was professional, courteous, and safe at all times. We took many breaks to take in the beautiful views. The restaurant we went to at the very end was wonderful. We had a whole Berber house to ourselves. It felt like an experience not many get. Highly recommend! 🤗
A stop at Ait Benhaddou but only seeing Glaoui Palace from afar in passing. Nice lunch and car. Driver talking and messaging a lot during driving on the mountain road... Luckily came back in one piece!
We had a great experience. I recommend Typique Tours. Our guide named Ibrahim his service was excellent and a great host Thanks from Becky and Pepe from Puerto Rico

Hello, Thank you very much for your feedback and hope to see you again
This was a great tour that balanced travelling long distances with a range of interesting and beautiful sites that broke up the day. On the way to Ait Benhaddou, we stopped off in the Atlas Mountains, Telouet and had a Berber lunch. Overall, I would highly recommend this trip for amazing scenery and our accommodating guide, Khalid!
Super organization, nice driver (and guide); Ait Benhaddou takes you to another world and the Kasbah is also worth seeing.
I really enjoyed the day trip to the old town of Ait Benhaddou. The setting is known from some films. In the village there are interesting, small artist shops. From the ruins above you have a great panoramic view. Marrakech is less than 100 km away. Ibrahim, driver and guide, picked me up on time at the property. Speaks good German, drives safely in a modern car and knows the surroundings great. The day with him was very pleasant. Especially recommended for individual travelers!
I had a fantastic trip to Ait Ben Haddou. We stopped on the opposite side of town so we had a great view. There Brahim gave me the information about the story and current function. Brahim knows how to convey the fascination. He led me through the exciting narrow streets, to the highest point. He kept giving me new information. I could also look into an old hammam and a traditional house still inhabited. Incredible impressions of being so close to the residents A world heritage site that you must definitely see
