For what was included it was expensive but had to use this option as unable to purchase tickets online directly. Great experience on Ain Dubai itself and views. Be careful on the wording as presented on your Viator ticket as it shows a tick to things like own pod but these are not included and whilst queried to Ain Dubai staff were simply rejected
Great view of Palm Island
Do not buy anything extra as we did not receive any photos or snack and drinks, we were told it was not included and would have to pay extra. The wheel and views fantastic.
Don't use this company for tickets to Ain Dubai wheel. Just buy tickets directly from Ain Dubai. And View Plus is unnecessary. There was no queue, and the drinks and snacks is a small can of cola and a bag of chips. Not worth the upcharge.
Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The views from the top of the Ain were just stunning in the middle of the morning as well! Queuing was very easy. Enjoyable experience all round

This was just a great experience I’m so glad I booked it with Viator communication and customer service just brilliant The Ain Dubai is a must for breathtaking views of Dubai I fell had great time
AIN Dubai is perfect experience to have but reservation with VIATOR was disappointing, I booked my tickets for 1/1/2026 @ 4.0 PM when I reached there I was informed that I can't enter before 6.30 pm because what was sold to me by Viator was no peak time tickets although I choose the timing of 4.0 PM. I was force to issue new tickets and paid full tickets amount on the site. Tickets reserved by Viator is not used and there is no clear method of refund on Viator site.
Don’t buy. The operator refuses to honour the options included on the TripAdvisor booking confirmation. Contacted operator but they were not interested. Avoid at all costs.
Vibriant Bluewater Island with Ain Dubai in situ. Perfect place for eating, entertaining and the Ain Dubai. NY with drone display and view of all the amazing fireworks around
