Esta experiência começa com um passeio de ônibus de 30 minutos até Machu Picchu. Na chegada à entrada principal, apresente o seu passaporte original e faça a verificação de segurança. Em seguida, desfrute de uma caminhada de 20 minutos até a seção superior de Machu Picchu, onde seu guia o levará ao ponto de vista perfeito.
Seu Guia irá conduzir um tour de 2 horas, compartilhando a rica história da Citadela Perdida. Desfrute de vistas panorâmicas, explore templos de pedra e terraços, depois volte para Aguas Calientes. As reservas de última hora têm disponibilidade limitada. Após a reserva, vamos confirmar quais circuitos e horários ainda estão abertos. Reservar 3 meses de antecedência é recomendado para acessar as melhores rotas. Os viajantes individuais podem se juntar a grupos de até 4 pessoas. Reservas de 2 ou mais receber um Guia privado. O Escritório Cultural em Aguas Calientes libera um número limitado para compra em pessoa apenas. I was sold a package for machu picchu that i was not able to use as they sold me an early visitor pass, bit the timing was too close for that. When i asked for a refund the same day, i was told this is not possible. It terrible as i made it very clear to the online agent when my arrival dates were and even confirmed a few time before payment that the tickets would be immediately available.... which they were not

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Willka Travel! From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We weren’t sure if we’d even be able to get tickets in-person to Machu Picchu since we only new about our trip a few weeks ahead of time, but everyone at Willka was extremely responsive, kept us updated throughout the process, and managed to secure tickets for us right as we arrived in Aguas Calientes. They met us at the train station, guided us to the bus, and our guide met us at the entrance. Our guide, Ulises, was amazing—funny, knowledgeable, and full of great stories. He made the history of Machu Picchu come alive and also took tons of photos of us in different poses with the stunning views in the background. I can’t recommend Willka Travel enough if you want a seamless, stress-free, and truly memorable visit to Machu Picchu!

Perfect tour, from the view, as the schedule, the guide Katy explained very well, took very good photos, and gave us super important tips, and without rush. We love, highly recommend the tour and the guide.
The visit was well organised, while purchasing tickets, few days before they conacted us to provide more information and stay in touch, then when arrived in Aguas Calientes someone met us and provide all details for the next day visit.
