Fantastic communication both ways I used them and very happy with service Car was clean and punctual and a good price too Drivers were limited in speaking English but was able to reply well in communication on texts Very happy with service

Booked to be picked up at 19:30 to allow us time to get through the airport. We then got a message saying pick is 18:30 when our flight lands and have an hour wait time. I contacted them and said this isn't enough and they changed it back to 19:30 and said they had contacted the driver and all ok. Landed. Driver said we have an hour from 18:26 then tried to extort money out of us to wait for us. Nobody could solve issue so had to book another taxi locally. Then difficult refund procedure followed. Cancelled return trip

Driver was friendly and vehicle was clean, but listing is a bit misleading. This is not a car service but rather just a booking for a private vehicle, essentially just an Uber. Not what I was expecting when I booked.

The driver Ana saved the experience. She was fantastic. The booking company authorized the driver to leave before pickup as my family was delayed in customs. That was unprofessional. I’m very appreciative that Ana chose to wait and give my family a nice ride.

Waste of money, they only wait 60 minutes from touch down. We landed early but didn’t get on to a stand to disembark the plane for over an hour, so they left without us and won’t refund any money after also charging us an extra $15 dollars over the booked price.

The Four Points Shetaton says they have a cruise port shuttle and NEVER said their was a price too any of our 3 rooms until I asked for a copy of our bill at the end to show "0" since we prepaid the rooms. That's when we found out the shuttle was $16.50 per person nonrefundable and already changed to my credit card. We also had ordered an Uber that was $12.48 for a sedan. The shuttle is a rip off. Plus the shuttle picks up people from other hotels before going to drop off at port. This sucks when u are meeting friends.
