We loved it. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived at HCMC. The driver got us some cold water and everything went super smooth.
I shared information prior to book during booking on arrival on the jet Ho Chi Minh City this is repeatedly been done and I’m standing out here with no vehicle and I’m told they did not have any information poor business
Hi Mr Maurice Willis, We are very sorry for your recent unsatisfactory experience with your airport pick-up on February 16, 2026. However, I need to clarify that this incident was not our fault. The situation is as follows: your initial booking was for February 16, but we later received a change to your airport pick-up date from February 16 to February 22 (we have recorded this change). Then you changed the pick-up date back to February 16, but we did not receive any notification of this change from the system, so we were unable to arrange a pick-up at the airport in time. I hope you understand and sympathize with us for this incident. We have immediately contacted Viator to refund your booking. Your feedback may hinder our ability to reach customers, so we have a responsibility to provide a clear explanation. Thank you for reading & understanding.
Driver was not at pick up point. We were about catch a taxi as we were waiting too long. Contacted tour company which was easy and was advised driver would be picking us shortly.
Dear Sue_K, I am very sorry for a little bit lately pick you up from the airport. Normally I will follow up your flight status & time to landing & ask driver come to the pick up point for waiting. But this case that is my mistake cause I followed up wrong flight, that why when you come in out n didnt meet driver. After that I called driver come soonly. Thank you for your waiting us. I met driver where they said, had a sign with my name and deztination on it. Everything went smoothly. Price was fair. Avoid private transfers.
Stepped out of airport and was very easy to find meeting point with their clear instructions. Driver was very helpful and had us at our hotel in no time. I would certainly use this service again.

Generally very responsive though a few minor hiccups and it made arriving a better experience. Upon arrival to the meeting point - waited quite a bit for someone to show up. And the car needed to turn on the a/c a bit as it was quite warm (but was resolved).
Be warned passport control when leaving Vietnam will insist on seeing a PAPER BOARDING PASS. I have travelled a lot but this is the first time passport control has asked to see my boarding pass. We had to go back to queue at the check in desk even though we had no hold luggage to get a paper version of our on line boarding pass and start queuing all over again at the very long queues for passport control. If we had not been very early at the airport we would have missed our flight.
The driver was waiting for me and the trip into the city was easy. Avoided chaos at the airport. Would highly recommend them

Driver was easy to find, helpful, and a safe driver who kept his eyes on the road. Communication was clear and efficient - would definitely use again. (Although he walked VERY fast from the airport to the car! I was sweating)
