It was wonderful. Everything went smoothly Our driver was very friendly, helpful and professional. The whole experience was great after a long flight.
This was the perfect transfer from LHR to Southampton. Communication with the company was great. Be sure to be mindful of your suitcase amount. I needed to add an extra passenger to have a van that fit all the luggage.

I can't say enough about these guys. We had a decent sized group on a 2 week vacation. As you can imagine we had a ton of luggage given the length of our trip. I thought for sure my many emails asking questions would have driven them crazy but they were extremely patient with me and helped me coordinate not only our transfer to Southampton but its return as well. They arrived on schedule on both ends - the drivers were extremely professional and pleasant to work with. You can't get better service than with EC Minibus - 5 Stars in my book
Driver was on time at airport. Very easy to spot. He was very friendly. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the ride.
There is going to be a wait at the airport for the driver. It was long, but the ride was smooth with light traffic.
Had flight issues of course, when we arrived at the airport we had to fly out 2 hours earlier. Since it was the middle of the night in London I emailed about the changes went to sleep and when we arrive we had your message that the driver was informed and to get as plan but earlier. You guys were great. Thank you
Our driver was amazing. He was waiting for us after we collected our luggage. He gathered 2 pieces from us and we all then walked to the large van we had ordered. He put all our luggage in the back of the van as we got into the van. The van was very comfortable and our driver was a very good driver. He stopped at our first hotel and dropped off some of our group and then continued on to our hotel. Thank you to a wonderful driver and a great experience.
