Paul let us know he was at the airport to pick us up and waited patiently while we dealt with baggage issues. The vehicle was comfortable and pleasant. No issues.
Everything went very smoothly and after a long flight from Australia to Glasgow that’s what we needed. The young driver was very helpful and pleasant. Thanks to the company
Driver was friendly and on time. It was a quick trip to our hotel. Driver was easy to find. Would recommend.
The driver was awesome, great communication, very flexible. We had paid for 4 adults from the airport so of course luggage for each person. The driver had been given the info that it was only 2 adults. But he made it work and we got where we needed to go by squeezing in!
Omar was our driver. He was prompt, willing to wait while we had a baggage delay and was friendly as well as courteous.
Driver was not there when I arrived. I waited for 15 minutes before he called and said he arrived. He did arrive eventually.
Wictor was waiting for us at the Glasgow airport. He was very helpful with our luggage. Even though we were an hour plus delayed, Wictor confirmed that we were at the airport for the pick up.
The driver was excellent. Polite, thoughtful, and making the best of the situation. When we landed there wasn’t anyone to meet us. I tried ‘Click here’ but it didn’t work. Finally found a way to connect to Viator. First they couldn’t find the reservation, then they had the incorrect day, although all 4 emails I received were correct. Once they realized their error, they did their best to make it right and the driver was wonderful.
Was nice to be met at airport and taken directly to hotel. Driver handled all of our luggage too. Was a pleasant trip especially since it was raining.
100% reliable, helpful and friendly. Rob was available for my questions via email. The driver called me the day before, on the day of the trip he arrived even before the scheduled time and helped me with my luggage at the airport. This was my second ride with them. Everything was perfect.
