We booked an Edinburgh airport to city transfer with Welcome Pickups. Driver did NOT meet us inside the terminal as advertised. No special treatment. It took us multiple calls to find the pickup point outside the terminal and was just like meeting an Uber. Almost no description of sights we passed during the ride — not as advertised. save your money and get a taxi or an Uber.

Kenny was great! At airport waiting for us. Pointed out the sights on our way to "The Mile". Offered us help later in the week if we needed his services again.
On time friendly service, driver was at airport with welcoming sign, was very helpful with luggage….
I would recommend this option if you are like us and arrive tired and don’t know your way around. The pickup was on time, helpful, knew right where we were going. It made our arrival so nice!
It was excellent. We were met at the Edinburgh Airport and taken to the hotel. Our driver was very nice.
They canceled without notice of any kind. They did issue a refund which was how I learned of the cancellation. Bad communication and no notice.
Fantastic tour. My guide, Jerry, made me feel welcome and had extensive knowledge of the area and it's past. I was delighted that he went off the itinerary to show me a couple of beautiful locations.
Car was basically an uber xl taxi type with signs on back of seats requesting tip. Driver did communicate via text at airport and was on time. Just get a taxi at the airport. It’s the same thing and cheaper.
Hi can you please remove this review. You have definitely reviewed the wrong company. We didn’t pick you up and our cars are all executive vehicles with no stickers asking for a tip. All our drivers meet our customers at in the arrival hall and don’t communicate by text.

No idea . Vendor cancelled while we were flying to Edinburgh. Driver suddenly sick. No one else available.
