Unbelievable experience Driver was absolutely so good so helpful so courteous everything we needed he did was fantastic on time. Couldn’t have done enough for us. I would never use another service when I come to Scotland. This is the only one I’m gonna use. Thank you so much.

Our family of three booked an airport transfer, a full day trip from Edinburgh to our ancestral town on the west coast, and also a 2-day trip from Inverness to the Isle of Skye and then from Skye back to Edinburgh seeing many different sights/areas along the way [in between these trips with Chauffeur Cars Scotland we completed an 8-day large group travel tour with another company]. Chauffeur Cars Scotland was able to tailor to our needs and had great suggestions improve our sightseeing and experience of Scotland, even on-the-fly. You could book an entire week/tour with this service and you would not regret it. David was very responsive in the booking process and added great suggestions. Alex was a fantastic driver, guide and great company for the drives, as well. Alex was able to get us to so many sights within a relatively short period of time. He really completed our trip to Scotland with many spectacular sights that we were not otherwise able to see on our larger group tour. We will miss his company and we look forwarded to returning someday.

Great we airport, very little queue for security and plenty of food options before boarding. They also have a great range of scotch in duty free which is cheaper than buying in town

Chauffeur Cars went above and beyond in their service for us. I have limited mobility and had to deal with an electric wheelchair that wouldn't work and we had to use it as a "push " chair. Alex was brilliant in checking to see how well it would fit as well as making it easy for me to get into the sedan. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He also was there for us at the end of the day for our Daughter's wedding to get us safely back to the hotel. We strongly recommend this organization. The return to the airport in the rain, was also well done in that the driver helped us with our luggage and the chair. He really went out of his way again to assist me with my limited mobility. The airport has a huge flaw: having to manage a volume of passengers that is actually disproportionate to its reception capacity. The personal experience seems truly Fantozzian, bordering on the grotesque. We arrived at 5.45am at the airport to board the Ryanair Edinburgh-Palermo flight scheduled for 7.15am. Well it was Monday 11th September and the scenario was apocalyptic. The queue of passengers who had to board started from outside the airport for at least 200 metres!!!! That is to say, the queue for security checks starts from the bus and taxi station!!!!! I have traveled to all the airports in the world but that Monday 11th September 2023 seemed like a disaster movie situation to me. Plane caught on the fly by pure luck, boarding last and at the last moment. If it had happened in Italy we would have cried foul. I don't know if this situation is repeated every day every morning, but what I saw is on the edge of reality. My advice is: arrive very early!

We were collected from Edinburgh Airport and dropped off at our home by Kenny Who was very professional his vehicle was clean and warm and he was on time and helped with loading and unloading of our suitcases I would highly recommend this company

BE AWARE! We booked this transfer on Viator and it is listed as ‘Airport transfer to and from Edinburgh airport’. They were 30 minutes late to pick us up. Our flight was delayed, BUT I updated them with the info and I would expect a ‘private transfer’ to be on time. They were also waiting for us at our hotel to take us back to the airport, but said we hadn’t paid. Again, this is listed as a ‘to and from’ transfer. Why would you even be there for the return transfer if you don’t have it as a round trip? Plus they wouldn’t accept anything other than cash. This is a deceitful company misrepresenting their product.

David picked me up and was absolutely lovely! He got me to my destination so promptly and we had a great chat along the way. With lots of laughs and a fun bit of knowledge too. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their service to anyone. I intend on using them again myself!!
