The van was clean and cold! The driver was friendly. We were picked up really quickly and easily from our arrival gate. We got to our hotel swiftly.
Waited over 20 minutes for driver at the pre-contracted transportation area. Didn't see anyone with my name on a sign. I sent a Whatsapp message and got a reply 15 minutes later saying the car is enroute. The driver never shared the platform number where he was parked. So we waited at Margaritaville bar until my friend walked around and found him.
Fantastic service! My bags were delayed, but the driver stayed in constant contact and was super patient. They even gave me a discount code for my next trip. Seamless, professional, and highly recommended!

Very bad experience because the driver wasnt there at all so I had to pay 113 euros for taxi. Dont use it never!
Super recommended. We were looking for something reliable to get around and loved the service; the very cool driver and the super quiet ride. All very fluid from the time we contacted each other until we reached our destination. If you want to avoid laps and travel comfortably, this is the option. See you in Cancun soon!
