Had to call them when we arrived as they weren’t in the area they said they would be. Also didn’t have any water in the car for us. It’s a two hour drive so I expected at least some water, or to tell us to bring some if they don’t have any. Operator was friendly. Music was super strange in the car but whatever.
Easy, safe and convenient! The driver was waiting as promised, communication was good prior and trip home was just as easy. Great follow up. Highly recommend.

Their team were very professional, and on time. No challenges. The communication via WhatsApp was great. We used to rent a car every time we visited but don’t believe we are going to do it again. Renting a car can get very expensive when you start to add the insurance. We walked in Tulum everywhere, keep in mind that we stayed in the Zona Hotelera.

We have only completed the first half of our trip, Cancun to Tulum. Our driver was VERY VERY impressive. Hoping we may have him again for our return trip to the Cancun airport.

The shuttle was on time and even though we booked a sedan/car they sent a private van. Very nice. The driver was excellent and very helpful.

As a group of 5 with a wheelchair and kids in tow, we were nervous for arriving in the Cancun airport and finding our ride. Our driver was waiting and ready for us. The vehicle was clean and blissfully cool. The driver was amazing, very friendly and polite. Thanks, Gabriel! I also have to point out that the price was very competitive and reasonable. On our way back to the airport in Cancun, I forgot some luggage in the shuttle. It fell down (and was a black bag) so we didn’t see it. Once I was home I was able to get help finding it and shipping it. Rocio from Excellence Transfers was awesome and incredibly helpful; I am so very grateful! I would totally recommend this company and the next time we are back to Cancun, we will definitely be using them again.
