Our transfer from the airport to hotel was perfect. The thing I most appreciated was that the company was always available for questions via email and WhatsApp and, when our plane was rerouted and we landed 5 hours later, they adjusted and were right on time to meet us. I would give them 6 stars if it was a choice.

Fantastic experience and company! Our driver was 10 min early, helpful and extremely professional. We had a 5am pickup at our Hotel and then proceeded to the BCN airport. Smooth experience and excellent communication. I would use them again and again. It's stressful enough with a 5am pickup and flight to the US, so if you want a processional, top of the line experience, use Comfort Travel. We are very happy with the service. we used this transfer to get to the cruise terminal from the Barcelona Airport just in time. Eduardo is super helpful with our luggage and to get to the cruise terminal from the airport to made it in time for our cruise and very communicate. The van is clean and spacious, comfortably accommodate six of us plus several pieces of luggage. Highly recommend this transportation services.

We disembarked 2 hrs early and the management team did a hercules effort to keep us from waiting 3 hrs. The driver was excellent and gave us a basic toue as he drove us to our hotel.
