Airport enough technological, spacious, few staff on the other hand the updated computer system helps to speed up customs and passport control operations. Ample space outside and in the open spaces for the many cars and minibuses waiting for dedicated passengers.

Could not find driver. Was not at agreed meeting point when plane arrived on time. Waited 30 min then had to go to help desk in airport and get them to call him. Finally turned up. I think he had been waiting in the wrong spot.

Friendly and punctual. Comfortable car. Communication via WhatsApp meant timing and pickup very easy to arrange
The driver greeted us at the airport and had a sign with my husband and I’s names on it. About half way to our resort the driver pulled over and said he was the wrong guy and he picked us up by mistake but he can still take us to our hotel. Once we got there he said we had to pay. We already booked and paid in full online and we showed him our confirmation. However, he was adamant that he was not truly our driver and that he was supposed to pick up someone else with the same names. After this experience we have been reading of this happening often to tourists. In the future we will just be using the grab app to avoid scams like this.

Very efficient trip from the airport. The driver waited for my flight even though the arrival was delayed and was patient with me trying to find them amongst the many taxi driver signs!

Kari was very well prepared, reaching out to me the day before pickup with a picture of the Name Tag he would be using so I would be able to locate him easily at Pickup spot. He helped us with the luggage to his parking spot. Very friendly driver! Highly recommended!
