Very clean and friendly. Was waiting for us with name very big and clear. Took my wife's luggage and walked us to our pick up area.

Arranged airport pick up, driver arrived 3 hours early, called us a no show and charged us $125. And refused refund. Had to get a taxi that ended up being half the price.
Dear Shirley, We respectfully disagree with this review. I personally handled this transfer. I arrived at the airport according to the flight information provided in your booking and waited for more than two hours. You later informed us that you had arrived on a different flight from the one submitted with your reservation. The claim that the driver arrived “3 hours early” is incorrect. The service was scheduled based on the flight details entered by the traveler, and all communication records, flight details, and waiting times are documented and available for review. My driver was easy to find in the airport. She helped us with our bags, explained how long the drive was going to be your car was comfortable and she gave us cold water. Great experience.

Amazing service! Messaged quickly from the beginning, and over delivered on service! Met us with a sign at the arrivals hall, carried bags to the car where a gift and cold water awaited! Gave us an overview of the city and culture on our ride to the hotel, and got us curbside at the hotel safely. Would HIGHLY recommend this service!

I had a wonderful experience with my taxi ride from the airport to my hotel. Traveling alone can sometimes feel a bit nerve-wracking, but my driver immediately made me feel safe and comfortable. She was incredibly friendly, and we had a delightful conversation the entire way. She even shared great suggestions for places to visit during my stay and told me about Greek life and culture, which made me even more excited for my trip. I couldn’t have asked for a better welcome!
