I got the Abestx shuttle from Calgary Airport to Banff and couldn’t recommend it more. My driver Jay was amazing and friendly, the pick up location was easy to find and the whole journey was super comfortable and easy.

We had booked a round trip transfer from Calgary to Banff. Upon arrival in Calgary there was no driver waiting for us as advertised “ meet and greet” - we had to spend 30 minutes trying to call and message the company and when we finally reached someone they said they were trying to phone us and the driver was someplace outside. We are international travelers with esims and we were relying on the fact that this company was to be outside the arrivals with a sign with our name as advertised and paid for - instead we had the stress of trying to locate our ride and standing in the cold. The driver could not even operate the radio when asked and he drove the whole way with his foot pressing up and down on the gas making us all feel sick. Unfortunately we had already been charged for the return trip so we hoped for the best. Another disappointing experience. I messaged the company 2 days prior to pick up to confirm we wanted a 8:45am pick up - I was assured that was fine. At 9am still no sign of the driver. We couldn’t reach the company by our phones or by the Fairmont phones. Driver arrived at 9:15am - 30 minutes late. Blamed the weather - as a car service it is your job to be on time and leave early to ensure you are. We nearly missed our flight as a result. We travel the world and always hire car service and this one should be avoided at all cost - they are not professional, reliable or on time.
Hi Cristine, Apologies for the inconvenience. We left early to pick you up from your hotel and informed you that the driver might be a little late due to severe weather conditions. Unfortunately, he couldn’t drive faster because the road was very slippery. You requested to arrive at the airport by 10:45 AM, and while we managed to get there by 10:50 AM, we did everything we could to ensure you arrived on time and wouldn’t miss your flight. We also continued to monitor the situation closely. Once again, apologies for the inconvenience, but we’re glad you arrived safely and on time—that’s our top priority. We hope you have a blessed day and always carry goodness in your heart.
