Worth to see this amazing building. The ticket was received online and all went well
Thank you so much for your feedback. We are happy that you were satisfied during your visit.
Better view than Burj Khalifa, less crowded, cheaper, nice park outside.

Best building shape ever seen. Different way to see the contrast between old and new Dubai. Modern! Great views from the top. Recommend taking an uber as metro is 40 min walking distance away and not fun under the heat (e em in Feb it was 30 degrees). A must do in Dubai

We had skip the queen passes. Was relatively quiet for the time of day we visited. The elevator to the top was quick and we got to spend as much time as we wanted at the top. Manage to get views of both sides of Dubai on such a clear day. Was an amazing experience.

Evening visit to the frame, a beautiful building, nice views of the Burj Khalifa and they have a glass floor but nothing spectacular about this observation point, it only took us 20 mins to experience it.

This is a wonderful of architecture and it is as stunning on the inside as it is on the outside! We pre booked the tickets online in the morning and visited a few hours later. There was no queue at all as all was very seamless. This building is definitely such a strong landmark and worth the look. Once entering you are lead to a lift to the top and you start grasping the sheer height as you go up. Then upstairs there is a smart glass walkway (this is not all the way through and you can choose to walk on the side of it). There are a few photo opportunities (if you choose to) and the views are just breathtaking. Definitely a must see.

We bought our tickets in advance for late afternoon, fortunately when we arrived there was no queue & access was speedy. There are toilets situations near to the enterance once you’ve entered. The Frame looks absolutely stunning close up & there are some small fountains outside. Once inside you’re taken on a small visual tour of old Dubai which was interesting. You then access the lift to the observation floor with views for miles to either side. For us the pressure sensor glass floor was the stand out feature, fun to walk along whilst looking down especially if you’ve not experienced once before. There are QR code information screens dotted along the walkway then you access the lift down to the small gift shop which was pleasant. There are toilets situated behind the cash tills in the gift shop. Glad we experienced it as a family however unlikely to return.

I was very reluctant to visit The Frame, but when my grandson came to visit me from Jeddah last week he had the Frame on his “Dubai Must See List”. So, I said Let’s Go! The Frame is located in the famous Zabeel Park, which is situated about half way between the Old City and new modern Downtown New Dubai. At 150-meter height or about 48 floors, it is considered the Guinness World Record being the “World Largest Frame”. It was the best decision I had made in a long time as The Frame is much more than an observation platform. On the ground floor there is a very interesting Museum starting with the history of Dubai and finishing it for the future of the city. I learned many interesting facts in the ground floor museum. You then take a large elevator up to the Sky Deck, which is a glass walkway connecting both towers. What I learned was that they used a “Pressure Sensitive” technology on the clear floor which changes from opaque to transparent was you walk across the Frame. The views from the Sky Deck are really fantastic as you look in one direction you see Old Dubai with the old Port Rashid, and to the other side you see New Dubai including the tallest building in the world the Burj Khalifa. I suggest that you put aside between one and a half to two hours to enjoy the entire attraction. Trust me, I definitely feel that you will enjoy The Frame as much as I did.

This is a must do in Dubai. Spectacular views from the top. Beautiful building. Friendly staff. Reasonable admission price.

Good daytime and nocturnal views of old and new Dubai skylines. However, be prepared for very long staged queues: just when you think you have reached the top of the queue, another queue lies ahead and so on. It took me 90 minutes to get from the ticket kiosk to the viewing gallery at the top of the Frame. Queue again to get the lift back down. May have to visit mid afternoon in order to see the sunset, but no guarantee. The Frame is an architectural delight but whether it is worth the effort to visit for the view, when other Dubai attractions also offer splendid views, is down to personal choice.
Thank you so much for your feedback. We are happy that you were somewhat satisfied during your visit. Hope we can make it even better in the future.
