Worst lounge access we’ve ever had. The wine was undrinkable and there was no sparkling. The food fell way short of expectations hence is not eating anything. We should have saved money and waited in a bar it would have been cheaper and better
Small, dirty and old lounge with uncomfortable chairs and gross shared unisex bathrooms. Food was inedible - cold, tasteless and very limited options. Our ticket had the option of 3 lounges but the other 2 were full so we couldn’t get in to them. Regret purchasing this - this lounge was not good value for money.

Sadly we missed our time in the lounge due to flight delay. Just hope I can get a repayment as were looking forward to nice relaxing time.

Great for break - food and drink selection was of good standard for the value. Would use again if my normal lounge isn’t available

The lounge was not clean at all. The toilets got Singapore standards were filthy. They smelt awful. And they were unisex. Food was ok. Seats in the lounge were filthy. Would not go back there.

The person was abit confused from what you sent me, but they allowed me in. No shower included with my booking. Food was nice, seating ok, changed in the toilet then left. It was an experience I won't be repeating. Thanks very much

Well I pre ordered my ticket prior to travel this was all positive tickets were sent and a list of lounges I could use but no this was not the case my code only allowed me entry to one lounge not the one I thought I was buying for very disappointing, and choice of food and drinks were very limited and as a solo traveller I felt I was too much of an inconvenience the hosts were not helpful nothing explained or any firm of warm welcome. Over all a very poor experience
