Do not choose this company. They fraudulently sold me tickets to Accademia Gallery for a day it wasn't even open. The day before the experience, they messaged me on WhatsApp to confirm my name and email and then never sent tickets. I contacted them when I figured out it wasn't open the scheduled day and, while they did offer to change the day, they have not been helpful when I explained that the day couldn't be changed. We only had one full day in Florence.

universal studios singapore was a really fun place to visit the rides were exciting and the shows were very entertaining the park was clean and easy to explore the staff were friendly and helpful It was a joyful day full of laughter and a great place for family and friends

the accademia gallery was a woonderful expirience entering without waiting made everything easy seeing michelangelos david was truly amazing the giallery was calm clean and full of beautiful art It was a lovely place to enjoy history and creativty and a visit I will alway remember iit

The local travel company appears to be fictitious. We never received the tickets, for which we paid a hefty price, and couldn’t contact anyone from the company on the morning of the tour. After logging into Viator, we got a new confirmation, with a different meeting place and a new time for entry (which had already passed). We went to the new meeting place, several blocks away, and a sketchy place gave us a copy of a ticket, which miraculously got us into the museum. Once inside, we showed the Accademia folks our Viator reservation which showed that we had pre-purchased an audio guide. They spent 10-15 minutes trying to figure things out, but ultimately said we had to pay again if we wanted the audio guide (which we reluctantly did). They had a long list of local travel companies and the one that Viator booked for us was nowhere to be found. On the positive side, David looked fantastic.
We’re sorry for your experience. Tickets were valid and provided through our local partner on time. The company is genuine and operates officially. Audio guide services are managed directly by the museum, not by us. Thank you for your understanding.
