I give a 5 star to the company, unfortunatelly because of the war situation we couldn't go, but they fully refunded the money we paid even though it was a last minute cancellation. I find this behaviour professional and kind

The over all experience was good. The driver who picked us up was cautious and good and we never felt unsafe. I'd say out of 5 the experience was good but not great. The price you pay should be understood that it only covers the dune bashing and food plus dinner entertainment. All other parts are extra e.g. camel rides, quad riding and pictures with the Falcons. The Camel ride we paid for was way too short and the quad rides alone were more than the whole experience for 5 people. The location was fun and the dune bashing was actually really fun. Our car had a mishape and we had to stop and change a tire but our guide was professional and was very helpful for us. The food was less than great. It was not very appealing but it filled our bellies. The restrooms were also not up to par for an experience for visitors but I've seen worse to be honest. It was good and its not a bad choice but there might be others that are worth more. I'd do it again in a pinch.

Our safari package focuses on the core desert experience — including hotel pickup, dune bashing, access to the desert camp, dinner buffet, and live entertainment — while giving guests the freedom to choose additional activities if they wish. We always aim to keep the base package reasonably priced while still offering a full desert experience. We also appreciate your honest comments about the food and the restroom facilities. Your feedback is important to us, and we continuously work with our camp partners to improve these aspects so that guests can have an even better overall experience. We are glad to know that despite a few areas that could be improved, you still had a good time in the desert and enjoyed the adventure. First things first the show at the end a long with the food was very good. We didn't do the camel ride or quads as we have done that before. The only bad thing was the distance to get to the place from Abu dhabi is over 2 hours long, so definitely a lot of time sitting in a car.
Thank you so much for your feedback — We completely understand about the drive; over hour each way feels long, Our desert camps are in more remote areas (like towards the Empty Quarter or certain premium spots) for that authentic, untouched feel, which unfortunately means longer travel times from Abu Dhabi city—often depending on the exact location and traffic.
The whole experience offered was accomplished. Javed, our guide, was friendly and polite, and also a secure driver. The short camel round was too short, but enough to make great photos. The 20 minutes 4x4 travel by dunes was really defiant. Javed patiently wait until our group may see the spectacular sunset, to then takes us to dinner and show. Our VIP places was reserved. A very good plan.

Very good service safari was very good and food also so good, balydance and tandora is amazing, and staff also very friendly.
The actual experience was not 6 hours, instead only 3 hours (4:45 pm till 7:45pm) 2 hours of commute each way from city to the location (total 4 hours) The major part of the experience is road commute, but the pickup vehicle was of poor quality , not very comfort, not at all clean ( food waste in cup holder) , last row seating was not at all comfort. Food was average quality. I was picked up at 2:15 and reached the safari site at 4:45, till then in poor comfort van and in last row with no leg space. Even the 4x4 dessert drive was old and poor quality.
We're sorry the on-site time felt shorter than expected and that the long commute in the shared vehicle impacted your comfort so much. In shared group tours, pickup times and total duration do vary quite a bit depending on traffic, hotel locations, and the number of other guests being collected — unfortunately this can sometimes reduce the core desert time more than we'd like. We've passed your comments about vehicle cleanliness, seating comfort (especially last row), food quality, and the 4x4 condition directly to our operations team for immediate review and improvements.
