Thank you for a wonderful afternoon of baking! We learned some tricks along the way and Luca and Milo were very informative and kind. Delicious gelato and cookies were made and eaten!
We loved the gelato and biscotti class and the instructor Giacomo made it so fun! We enjoyed making the gelato and sorbet with the fresh ingredients. The biscotti cookies were so delicious. A perfect afternoon!
Mama Florence cooking class was so much fun! I took it with my daughter who I was traveling with and we both loved it. The Chef explained the recipes and demonstrated with ease so we could prepare two different types of pasta, salad and homemade gelato which we ate afterwards (paired with wine) and everything was delicious! If I ever visit Florence again, I would definitely take the class again.

We had a wonderful experience. The instructors were fun and so informative. I cook a lot and am from an Italian family, but I still learned so much. It was hands on and everyone had the chance to participate. The food and atmosphere were wonderful. I think we had 18 or fewer in our group and it was a nice size group. We had 6 people to a work station/table. After cooking, we went outside for prosecco and appetizers while the staff changed the room over to one long table that was set to eat all of the food we created. We made everything from fresh pasta and meatballs to sides and gelato. They had wine pairings with our meal, snacks and coffee available too. We had a great time and would do it again.

My granddaughter and I wanted to learn how to make pasta, specifically linguini, and fettuccine with a salad and dessert. The chef was so interactive with our group of 16. He asked for volunteers to help with the entire meal. The food was amazing, atmosphere perfect. I would highly recommend it while in Florence.

I just recently completed the Market Tour and Cooking class with Mama Florence! It was amazing. Chef Roberto was great at explaining why and how to do things and Yenna provided an amazing Market Tour prior to the start of the cooking class. Lunch with the other guests made everything feel just like a family and the size of the class was just perfect.
