Our guides were very knowledgeable and easy to understand. They were very nice and made the experience very enjoyable. They shared information about the area and pointed things of interest ie. vegetation, plants. We enjoyed the other zipliners in our group making it a fun time for all
The guides were very nice, but the seven lines were very short, and five of the seven were very low lines. These lines would be good for first time zip liners, but for anyone that has zip lined before, it is not worth the time or price.
It was great!!! Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Felt very safe, staff very helpful. Beautiful scenery.
10/10 This was absolutely incredible. We were in the 2:00pm group on June 26th and we're were so blessed to have the most fabulous and personal guides! Beautiful scenery, fun course and the waterslide was a blast! Worth every penny. The photos are very reasonably priced as well. Will be back!
Pros: The operation is well run, safety is top notch and the staff are great. Cons: The zipline course itself is really dull and not worth the money. Half the lines you're barely 10 ft off the ground. You zigzag back and forth repeatedly over a baseball field. It felt like a playground. My family was bored. Maybe this would be OK for really little kids, but for adults and teens this was a yawn. I wish we hadn't wasted the money on this. My advice: skip this company and find a more exciting course.
Our family group of 11 members ranged in age from 14-70 and we couldn't be happier with the experience we had with NorthShore Zipline Co. We loved the guidance, encouragement and humor that the tour guides provided for us. Even our most apprehensive members felt comfortable with the course. Highly recommend!
Our family of 10 enjoyed the zip line. They loved all the different moves they could try, upside down, backwards on their backs. They also enjoy the staff they were funny. They as well liked picking guava.
Guides were super with all 3 generations!! Dallas, Tom & Ginger were lots of fun! Will certainly tell others about this experience!
Great for family zip lining. Not to extreme not to mild. Had a great time, T, Tom and Ocean were great.
We had a great time zip lining. The grounds are lush and beautiful, and the wartime museum was fascinating. Zip lines were fun and energetic - but most importantly was the feeling of flying while being safe and secure with the help of our informative guides. Highly recommend!
