It was very good. Worth every penny. We saw dolphins in nature. It was quite difficult to get close to them, but still it is fun to discover and enjoy beautiful fish, corals and the beautiful sea. The crew was also very professional.

It is a nice boat trip. We were able to see the dolphins and appreciate the fish while snorkeling.

Super nice day, pretty soon already dolphins can see in the water and swam with it. Food was very tasty and friendly staff on the boat. Many photos and videos have been taken, these are for a fee but the best memories 😊

The food on board was great. What we didn't like, but paid for, was swimming with the dolphins. We were told we would swim with them on the way back, and then they said no, we aren't swimming with them today. This made me really angry because they tell everyone, and you book it for that reason, and then it's just empty promises. And it wasn't because there were no dolphins, because there were. Furthermore, the dolphins were practically hunted and driven into fishing nets, which is forbidden. What also bothered us were the snorkeling stops, because they weren't worth it at all. There are even more fish in front of our hotel, so it's much more worth it to snorkel there than on this tour.

Bezüglich des Schwimmens mit den Delfinen möchten wir jedoch einen wichtigen Punkt klarstellen: Das Schwimmen mit Delfinen ist bei unserer Tour grundsätzlich naturabhängig und kann nicht garantiert werden. An diesem Tag gab es tatsächlich Delfine, allerdings befanden sich gleichzeitig sehr viele Ausflugsboote in demselben Bereich, in dem die Delfine gesichtet wurden. Aus diesem Grund haben wir uns bewusst und ausschließlich aus Sicherheitsgründen entschieden, unseren Gästen das ins Wasser gehen zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht zu erlauben. Die Sicherheit unserer Gäste hat für uns oberste Priorität. Die Behauptung, dass die Delfine von uns „gejagt“ oder in Fischernetze getrieben wurden, weisen wir ausdrücklich zurück. Diese Aussage entspricht nicht den Tatsachen. Das Gebiet, in dem unsere Delfin- und Schnorcheltouren stattfinden, steht unter dem Schutz der ägyptischen Behörden und unterliegt strengen Naturschutzbestimmungen. Fischfang mit Netzen ist dort verboten und wäre mit den geltenden Schutzbestimmungen nicht vereinbar. Unser Unternehmen würde eine solche Praxis weder durchführen noch unterstützen. Wir respektieren die Delfine und die geschützte Meeresumwelt und arbeiten innerhalb der geltenden Vorschriften. Gerade deshalb kann es auch vorkommen, dass wir unseren Gästen den direkten Einstieg zu den Delfinen nicht erlauben, wenn die Situation durch die Anzahl der Boote oder andere Faktoren nicht sicher und verantwortungsvoll ist. Was die Schnorchelstopps betrifft, verstehen wir selbstverständlich, dass persönliche Erwartungen an die Unterwasserwelt unterschiedlich sind. Die Sichtbarkeit, Anzahl der Fische und die Bedingungen am Riff können sich je nach Tag und natürlichen Gegebenheiten verändern. Wir bedauern, dass die von uns ausgewählten Schnorchelplätze an diesem Tag nicht Ihren persönlichen Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Wir möchten dennoch klarstellen, dass die Entscheidung, an diesem Tag nicht mit den Delfinen ins Wasser zu gehen, keine „leere Versprechung“ war, sondern eine verantwortungsbewusste Sicherheitsentscheidung unter den gegebenen Bedingungen.

We had a really great boat trip! Seeing the dolphins in their natural environment was an unforgettable experience. Snorkeling was a lot of fun and the food on board was delicious. The entire team was friendly and well-organized. We felt comfortable at all times and had a wonderful time. There is really nothing to complain about – we are completely satisfied and can only recommend the tour!
