Booking an 8-day safari with Jungleroam was the best decision we made for our Kenya trip, and it surpassed every expectation we had. From the very first enquiry to the final farewell, everything was handled with genuine care and professionalism. Our guide Caleb is truly one of a kind. His knowledge of the bush is astonishing — not just where to find animals, but how to read their behavior, position the vehicle perfectly, and tell you fascinating stories about the ecosystem along the way. He was deeply committed to giving us the best experience possible, never rushing, always patient, and genuinely excited every time we spotted something new. By the end of the trip, he felt less like a guide and more like a friend. Thanks to Caleb's relentless dedication, we were incredibly fortunate to see all of the Big Five — lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino — plus countless other unforgettable moments. The itinerary was perfectly paced: enough early morning drives to catch the best wildlife activity, balanced with proper downtime at beautiful lodges and camps. A big thank you also to Mike and Vincent in the office, who were responsive, helpful, and made the booking process completely stress-free. Every detail was well thought out, from transfers to accommodation. If you're considering a safari in Kenya, I cannot recommend Jungleroam highly enough. The driver and guide, Danis, is extremely excellent. He was extremely diligent in searching for animals in each park and always managed to find great shooting angles, occupying the front row. Each animal was extremely patient in explaining, including the Big Five, the Ugly Five, the Special Five, etc. He answered all our questions without fail and was extremely well-received. Give Danis a super high rating! Although the accommodation was budget-friendly, it was also very clean and comfortable. The space was large and the hotel staff were very enthusiastic, always greeting us! We had three meals a day, which were very filling and provided comprehensive nutrition. In short, it was well worth the price! It fulfilled my lifelong dream of watching animals!

Their tour package is the most cost-effective one I’ve found after comparing numerous agencies. You get better offerings at the same price range, with overall expenses kept relatively low, which is fantastic. Meanwhile, our guide Francis is professional and humorous. He always manages to get us to the best photography spots. What’s more, he is a wonderful man with a deep love for animals, life and his family. All the hotel arrangements were great, except for Amboseli Sopa Lodge. Its rooms were small with old facilities, and I didn’t like the bedding.

Thanks to him, we saw and learned about so many different animals, and every item on our safari bucket list was checked. We couldn’t be happier with his service and would highly recommend both Jimmy and Jungleroam Safaris to anyone planning a safari in Kenya.

The whole trip was very good from the beginning to the end. Our guide Tribon was flexible to accommodate everyone's wishes and was also very knowledgeable about all animals, which he could spot for us easily. We were able to see everything you can imagine, including the big 5. Good value for money by mixing medium and higher end accommodations. On top of all, we shared endless number of jokes with Tribon and our fellow travelers. Had a very fun week.

Our safari was an incredible experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our driver, John Hagiah. He was incredibly kind from the very beginning and always knew the best spots to take us to see the animals. He drove tirelessly to make sure we got the most out of every moment, and whenever possible, he found alternative routes to avoid the traffic, which is something we would highly recommend in a city like Nairobi. He also handled interactions with the local people with great ease, something we really appreciated as foreigners. Above all, we were impressed by his extensive knowledge of the wildlife and the best places to see it. Thanks to his experience, professionalism, and genuinely kind personality, our trip became an unforgettable adventure. All communication before travel was quick and clear, the price is great value with no hidden fees, and the team was always reliable and on time every morning. Our guide Kush made this safari unforgettable. He is extremely observant and full of wildlife knowledge. Thanks to Kush, we saw a huge variety of animals across all four destinations: big cats and vast savanna herds in Masai Mara, elephants with Kilimanjaro views in Amboseli, pink flamingos all over Lake Nakuru, plus hippos and exotic water birds at Lake Naivasha. Kush patiently told us fun facts about every creature, adjusted our driving route to get better sightings, and looked after our comfort the whole day.
