I’ve been to Beijing and Shanghai before, but this Gansu Silk Road tour was something entirely different. If you think China is all about big cities, this tour will open your eyes to its rich history and jaw-dropping landscapes. Our guide, Li was super knowledgeable, friendly, spoke well enough English and she always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. We visited some of the most iconic spots on the Silk Road, like the Mogao Caves and Jiayuguan Fortress, and every place was more stunning than the last. The local food was also a treat. Definitely recommend trying the hand-pulled noodles (so good!), and if you like lamb, you’re in for a real treat. The hotels were top-notch, too-comfortable, clean, and great service. All in all, it was one of the best trips I’ve ever taken. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure in China!
We travel as couple with Tangola Travels and really… fantastico! Everything super easy, no stress. The caves? Like a time machine. You enter and boom—1,000 years of art in front of you. Our guide, super cool, make history sound easy, like talking with a friend over coffee. Then the desert… ahhh! Camel ride, dunes, the little lake in the middle of nowhere—Crescent Lake. Sunset with my wife, very romantic… I almost feel like in a movie. At night, the stars… ragazzi, I never see sky like this in Italy! Hotels nice, food very tasty (we really love the noodles). No stress, no problem—Tangola organize everything perfect. If you want real adventure but also comfort… go with Tangola. Bravo ragazzi, we come back for sure!
