We had a great experience. Our only issue was the time. With 1 hour travel in each direction, it left just enough time to see the buildings/ rooms and hear the history but left no time for lunch or browsing in shops.

Everything went perfectly. The driver arrived on time in a clean Mercedes van to take us from San Malo to Mont St Michel. He took a back road through the countryside to avoid tourist buses and get an unobstructed view from a distance. On arrival he handed us off to our guide, Florence. She was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and able to provide us a lot of information about the monastary, the town, the tides, etc. She took us through at our pace answering every question and laughing at our meager jokes. After, she made sure we had time for a snack and water break before handing us back to our driver. A great day visiting an amazing historical landmark. Highly recommended!

It was an awesome experience seeing the stunning Mont Saint Michel Abby. Our guide was great , very informative and took her time to explain all the historical details to us. I highly recommend this private tour with a guide.

The pleasant ride from St Malo set the tone for the wonderful tour ahead. Regis, the driver, was quietly accommodating and then dropped us where a bus transported us the short distance to the base of Mont-St-Michel. There we met with Oceana, our delightful guide. She was so very informative with facts and stories of the history. We were able to take our time due to our ages with Oceana being very patient. However, we feel that we didn’t miss a thing with her guidance. Lovely excursion altogether!

You must be physically a led to climb 350 steps!! Our guide Cecil was awsome! She explained everything to us in English.

Visiting the Abby. It was a great tour. Tour guide was friendly and very knowledgeable about the Abby. The Abby has lots of steps to reach the top, so need to be in good physical health. Also, enjoyed the beautiful views of the area.

You need to experience this phenomenal 708 AD village, abbey, Monastery and Church- It was totally awe -inspiring! A tad crowded but, so worth it! We had take-away-which was delicious and gelato. So, they have shopping and restaurants within it. Quite a hike to it from the parking areas or you can take a shuttle, which we did. Loved that could experience it. Our guide, Cecelia was a sweetheart and had a wealth of knowledge. She gave us time to grab a sandwich and shop a bit, which we appreciated!
