We had fun cooking with Evelyn. She was very nice, friendly and teach us so well. We highly recommend this activity with the kids!
We cooked and ate amazing food. I would recommend this class, the guide Nhi was giving a lot of information on the origin of the dishes, which I really enjoyed. I can see myself cooking all of the dishes with made. The beef noodle soup, sping roles, Vietnamese pancakes and the super flavourful avocado ice cream. Nhi is very caring and gave us a lot of extra info in how to recook the dishes or what we can substitute it with. I also enjoyed the trip to the wet market. It was my first cooking class on a trip, I think I will make it part of any futur travel as well.
If you are looking to escape the heat of Da Nang during the long summer days, and want to learn about Vietnamese food, this experience is for you. We had the 12pm slot with instructor Nhi, and it was a delighting experience. We learned to make 5 different VN dishes and had an abundant lunch after this. Incredible experience and true value for money.

Nhi was a great teacher and a really lovely young as well. We all had fun and we met up with a new friend from Hong Kong so we had a great day. Would highly recommend anyone doing this

Cooking class is great! My family and I enjoyed it and learned a lot! I’d also like to recognize our chef Nih (6/21/2026) for her exceptional help. We encountered an issue with our grab driver, who initially refused to take our group despite us having booked a 6-seater vehicle for 5 passengers. Although this was completely outside the scope of the cooking class, she took the initiative to speak with the driver and help resolve the situation. Thanks to her intervention, we were able to continue with our plans without further disruption. Her kindness and willingness to help made a lasting positive impression on us.

Nhi was amazing! We learned so much from the market experience to the cooking class! An experience we would definitely recommend!!
First of all, Nhi is a very good instructor! Didn't feel rushed at all, nor did it feel too sluggish. The market experience is also immersive and she helped me look for Banh Trang Seaweed flavor that I've been looking for everywhere and couldn't find. She even gave me a slice of the Pork Skin cake she made :> It's really cool that they offer these kind of experiences for people like me who wouldn't be able to come back to Vietnam as often as I'd like, but love the food so much. Next time I visit Da Nang, I'll try booking their coffee-making class! 10/10 experience and 10/10 instructor!
