The trip was great and memorable only because of the company we got there , all the co travellers in our group was just beyond amazing . I would like to highlight disappointing experience with the tour guide which annoyed everyone in the group 1) The trip guide (Yunus) was so dominating and manipulating . He was not letting us explore local areas and shops . 2) On pahalgam stay bonfire night ,it was expected to leave us and let us enjoy with our co travellers,but the guide was drunk , dancing like crazy and making us uncomfortable and unsafe , offering girls alcohol deliberately, he literally ruined that night because of him we have to go to our room early . Even the pahalgam hotel people were fed-up with his behaviour . Despite the breathtaking beauty of Kashmir, the guide's behavior significantly impacted our enjoyment of the trip. This lack of professionalism and disregard for our comfort raised serious concerns about safety. I strongly advise Thrillophilia to thoroughly vet and monitor their guides to ensure a positive and secure travel experience for all customers. This experience has left me hesitant to recommend their services to others.

We had a wonderful time in Kashmir. We were in a completely unfamiliar region, but Travel Lead Holidays did an excellent job of taking care of our lodging, meals and transportation. We felt comfortable since Mr. Tahir and his colleagues took care of everything. We had many fond memories of Kashmir with us when we returned. The Hidden Leaf Hotel was outstanding, and the staff was courteous and helpful. Mr. Yawar and Mr. Ubaid, the drivers, were both very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Nilofar for all the coordination and arrangements....
