4Nights Nile Cruise de Luxor para Aswan com Abu Simbel & Balloon

I went on a tour organized by Louxour Magic Tours last April. I was really disappointed by their business approaches. My friend booked the tour in January (for 6 people). After making sure that all announced activities were confirmed, he paid the agreed price (everything was documented). To my surprise, a month before the cruise, Louxor Magic Tours asked for an extra payment of more than 200$ per person (additional 1.2 k$ in total). That payment had to be done, otherwise the cruise would have been cancelled. We asked Louxor Magic Tours a couple of times to justify that unannounced rise in their prices. Every time, a different answer was given to us. Plus, they tried to make us pay for things already agreed upon (and already paid, obviously). They removed an activity (felucca cruise on the Nile), as again, everything was already confirmed and paid. Even if the ship booked for the cruise was really good, it was quite older than the brand new and recent ship showed in the advertising videos and pictures. Because of those obscure and dishonest business practices, I couldn't fully enjoy the experience of such a beautiful trip to Ancient Egypt. Indeed the experience with Louxor Magic Tours left me with quite a bitter taste. If you want peace of mind, I would recommend a more transparent and professional tour operator...

Luxor Magic Tours is an operator with AWFUL business practices, and I would recommend to NEVER book anything with them as there are a lot of good/serious/honest Egyptian tour operators that would make you a better trip experience. Booking with Luxor Magic Tour was a stressful experience with them either (1) asking for more money to get paid to them in cash to deliver the agreed service and (2) trying to removed paid service from what they delivered. In my specific situation, I booked a $6.2k trip with them for a group of 6 people in January for a trip in April on MS Esmeralda. Luxor Magic Tour waited until March for MS Esmeralda boat to be fully booked to request an additional $1.1k payment in cash to maintain the booking, leaving me with no other alternatives as all the rest of my trip was already booked and it was impossible to find a spot in the boat anymore. In addition to “steal an extra $1.1k cash charge”, they also removed items from what was agreed, by (1) refusing to deliver the felucca ride that was mentioned in original offer and (2) trying to not deliver the final transfer to my hotel at the end of the trip (I managed to get this one at the end by showing evidence to the guide/driver of Luxor Magic Tours lies). I will certainly never travel with Luxor Magic Tours again and if you still decide to work with them, I strongly recommend you document in writing every agreements/discussions that you have with them so that you can use them as evidence to build a case if you suffer a similar situation that I had. PS: I am only judging here "Luxor Magic Tour" that almost ruined my trip and not my independent guide. As far as my French guide is concerned, Guirguis was amazing (5*) and he made every visit worth it thanks to his deep knowledge and fun attitude. Guirguis is not affiliated with Luxor Magic Tours and I am really grateful to have met him, will for sure reach out to him directly in case of future trip in Egypt

From the Valley of the Kings to Karnak Temple each excursion was insightful and engaging The highlight for me was visiting Abu Simbel the grandeur of the temples left me speechless The hot air balloon ride added an adventurous touch to our trip and the views were breathtaking This cruise was the perfect way to explore Egypt!

From the beautiful landscapes to the rich history every moment was filled with wonder The hot air balloon ride over Luxor was a breathtaking start to our days and the visit to Abu Simbel was a dream come true I highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking to experience the magic of Egypt!

This Nile cruise was perfectly organized and exceeded all our expectations The hot air balloon ride over Luxor was a magical experience, and Abu Simbel was a true highlight. The ship was clean and comfortable the food was excellent and the staff were professional and attentive The itinerary was well-planned allowing us to explore the most important sites without feeling rushed. We highly recommend this cruise for anyone seeking a well-structured and enriching journey through Egypt history

As our 4-night Nile cruise journey came to an end, we found ourselves reflecting on the countless magical moments we had experienced along the way. From sunrise balloon rides to temple visits and cultural explorations, each day was filled with wonder and discovery. Leaving Egypt with hearts brimming with gratitude and cameras filled with cherished memories, we knew that this voyage would forever hold a special place in our hearts

Book the trip on the last moment so Overall it was a nice journey. Boat was nice but definitely not as shown in the video. We had a nice room and housekeeping staff was very nice. Everyday they would make something with the towel which was really amazing. Food on board was delicious and lots of choices in the buffet but for all the drinks you have to pay sperately. At the time of booking we were told only you have to pay for alcoholic drinks but it wasn't true. There is a different schedule for activities everyday and everyday they would change the timing so difficult to follow which our guide Mohammed didn't mention. There were too many boat parked next to each other so we didn't have view when we the boat docked in Aswan. Everything was nice except the guide who was always in hurry won't explain much about the monument rather wanted to sell over priced private tour and other stuff. When we said no suddenly he had very strange behavior and won't talk to us.
