This review pertains to the 6-day Christian tour (not shown in the options provided) The Pros: The scheduling of these tours is very organized. There are daily tours for pretty much every single individual portion. The staff is very responsive and flexible in making accomodations. They also pay attention to how to remedy any issues and make sure satisfaction is a priority. The Cons: If you're a Christian and you're looking to go over these sites experiencing focused comments on the Christian side, this is NOT your tour. The guides, while knowledgeable, they don't share the same faith and the context of their comments are more historic in nature and not highly focused on Jesus' ministry and related bible events. The tours are assigned depending on who's doing what on a particular date. You don't get assigned a specific group nor guide to cover your journey, which makes difficult to have a consistent flow of events throughout your visits.
We're glad to hear that the scheduling of the tours was very organized and that the staff was responsive, flexible, and focused on ensuring your satisfaction. It was my first time in Israel and only had 10 days so not enough time to see all the sites but i enjoyed the ones I see. Bein Harim's tour guides were organized and informative. The are professionals and care for their customers. I would suggest you book with Bein Harim if you plan on booking your own tour in Israel. It's worth having a guide on certain tours. Do understand that some of the sites will take a long time such as church of the Holy Sepulchre (sp??) . You may not feel like you have sufficient time to be at the sites so IF you are passionate about a certain site on your trip to Israel, try and get a private guide for that site some to mention here (though not on this particular trip) are the Ein Gedi and Masada (i think you need at least 4 hours to truly see entire site) and Church of the Holy Sepulchre (if long line you could take 3 hours here)! All the guides Bein Harim guides were great but one I must give a Big Thank You to is AVIDSHAY (He is not shy though..lol). Avishay got us through border line without delay, Helped a family locate their missing family camera that had precious photos and managed our time well for each tour. He even took the time after the tour to detour and dropped me off nearby my drop off point :) God bless you Avishay as that was a MAJOR plus for me Hope this helped someone and thanks to Bein Harim for their professionalism.

I must say this company is one of the best. They leave on time and return on time. Also they ensure ones safety. While on bus the guides are so knowledgeable, friendly and very warm. I want to give a shout out to these guides: Sigal-family,Itamar and Omri,they are the best. I recommend Bein Harim tours a 1000%.

warning, It's wise boycotting this company at any cost. This company risks tourists' lives, the "tours" they offer are more used as taxi services than organized tours with a guide. They charge three times the price of other tour operators and promise a guided tour, but are actually doing everything in their power to present wrong and incomplete information to tourists. It was nightmare
We are sorry to read of this or whatever it was you expereinced , but you dont give much detail on what you actually experienced., where you were supposed to go to and where was there NO guide as you claim?? .It may not even be by our company!!!! as ALL our tours are in vans or coaches and have guides . You cannot be serious!! when 94% excellence on this platform indicates otherwise.... We certainly do use a taxi ONLY in order to transport travelers promptly in the pickup and dropoff procedure especially in Jerusalem ,that was congested by awful traffic. during this peak high season. NOt for the tour in any way.... YOur words other than harmful are not backed by any kind of explanation of where you were and what it was that happened to you..., undoubtedly, wise readers on this platform will defintely be able to sense this.. You should get your facts correct rather than false rash claims,regarding our prices and our tour services. If you have got the wrong company weask you remove this slanderous review promptly thank you
Our Tour guide Saul Feldman made our trip unforgettable. He was very knowledgeable of every single place we visited. He made every ride enjoyable by entertaining us with his charismatic personality. Our tours were fun and very instructional from when we step into the tour bus until we step out. We will definitely be recommending him to our families and friends.

The tour meets the offer, there is no added value. To improve communication with the client, changed the order of the tours without notice, although it did not affect the fulfillment of these, is always uncertain if there will be any error, sometimes there are guides who speak Spanish, sometimes not and there is no way to know, because this Enterprise does not communicate and report anything about it, the fulfillment of schedules for the start of activities very bad, we were always picked up between 30 and 45 minutes late. I recommend looking at other ratings before choosing this tour.

The language shedule of our tours are permanent year round , Therfore it can only be that when orderinng you did not notice that some tours are NOT guided at all in Spanish We provide English and Spanish daily, meaning the tour may be bilingual, NOt in Spanish only . We state this very clearly in our organisational terms.(it is a matter of supply and demand) We reserve the right to change for logistics, but certaily need to inform you Will reiterate wtih operations team HOwever You should have had clear information as to where you were traveling daily..We wi l check this out.
Lorne Newman did a great job. You immediately sense he is deep into history and gets directly to the insights (instead of boring facts without apparent relevance). Also very engaged and engaging with our group, really looking after the people in the group and ensuring they have a good time!!

<p>Excellent guides such as Dan, Rafa, Amir Call Or, J I wish there was a little more exploration time but I do understand how much there is to see in such little time. Some of the schedules were changed by the company and I had to call every day to confirm but the people at Bein Harim tour company were extremely helpful over the phone and made sure things were sorted. Good hotel as well.</p>
I start four days tour on October 20, 2017. We had only one serious, professional, competent guide: Amir Call Or. He really explain everything in a serious manner, he new what he was talking about with historical facts. We had a guide: Yael that she even didn't came inside the Holy Sepulchre. She just told us to go inside by our self. Exactly same think in the Holocaust History Museum.I paid a lot of money in order to visit the places with a guide, if I new that only one guide was able to explain, I could go by myself without paying so much money! Dear Zaira Razza, The guides of the Holocaust Museum alone are allowed to guide inside the museum. This is the museum's policy. Our guides explain all possibilities in Yad Vashem like that you can have headphones. Regarding the Church of the Holy Sepulcher- I regret the fact you didn't contact us prior posting your review so we can conduct a clarification of the matter and if necessary, compensate you accordingly. I couldn’t find any justification for such poor rating. You took four tours with our company and Level of guidance, quality of service and general impression for all the tour were not mention at all in your review (Except for the tour with Amir's guidance). Know that we value your input as we continue to strive to provide quality service that meets client expectation.
