We have had the best day ever! Fabio was incredible from start to finish. We were well looked after, he took us to lots of different locations around the lake and explained everything fantastically. The boat ride was fantastic and we would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you Fabio!
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Captain and guide was fun and knowledgeable, we left como on time and had a fun high speed journey to Bellagio where we had 1 hour to explore. Then a 5 min journey to Varenna where we spend another hour exploring. The trip back to Como was peppered with stops at interesting viewing points and even a procecco break. This was all backdropped with a great soundtrack and fun chat along the way. Plenty of space on the boat for all guests to relax in comfort, with sun shade at the rear.
They delayed the your by at least an he & did not use the viatour app to notify me. I waited in the rain for 45 minutes at the dock and the person from the your company was standing under the shelter of a nearby bar & didn’t even come across the street to tell me
We called you and even sent a message; there is no point in ruining our work with pointless reviews. No one told you to wait out in the rain; we were waiting for the rain to stop, and you were aware of that.
Impermissible. The whole organization was spectacular . Our guide was fantastic. You explained the details, you really made a toast. It created a very appropriate environment .
This was just a boat ride on the lake. If you want a tour with history and information, this is not it. Our driver picked us up in an uncovered pontoon boat, smoked a cigar and played loud music as we cruised the lake and pointed out a few famous people’s homes. I expected more for the price tag we paid.
But why do you have to leave a two-star review and ruin people's hard work? If you wanted a different experience, you should have booked a private, customized tour.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Lake Como Speedboat Tour! Our 4-hour shared speedboat tour with Una at the Pier in Como, Italy was one of the absolute highlights of our entire trip. Fabio was an exceptional captain and guide. He was warm, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. He shared fascinating stories about the stunning villas, the history of Lake Como, and the charming lakeside towns, all while making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. The boat was spotless, the group size was perfect, and the itinerary struck an ideal balance between sightseeing, relaxing, and taking photos. Seeing the beauty of Lake Como from the water is something we’ll never forget. If you’re visiting Como, Italy, this tour is an absolute must. Una at the Pier runs a first-class operation, and Fabio made the experience truly unforgettable with his kindness and attention to every detail. Thank you for giving us one of the best memories of our Italian vacation. We would book this tour again in a heartbeat!
There was a good amount of time at each place. Great boat ride with a few stops at famous houses along the way.
Nice experience on Lake Como, the stops were beautiful with a time of 1 hour, sufficient but not exhaustive. Very friendly and helpful captain. Definitely 4 hours well spent.
It was a great way to see Bellagio AND check out interesting landmarks around the lake! The boat was incredibly clean. The staff was knowledgeable and communicative from start to finish.
11 people were crowded onto a water ski boat that should hold only eight comfortably. Captain was very nice
