This BM tours is terrible. Completely untrustable, & absolutely NO communication with us, the clients. None of our guides or drivers spoke Any English, only Spanish whilst all other tour groups had English speaking guides & drivers. Hotels were good, But set meals were average at 1 restaurant & terrible at the other. For our 1st lunch, we were dropped at the street & told to go for lunch. When asked that the lunch should be included, he said oh yes. Here's $10, go have lunch, that's all I got. That Lunch costs us $32, in total. In total we had to pay an extra approx $150, for expenses that should have been included, But were not. Pls DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. AWEFULL.

On the last day, I wasn't picked up from the hotel as scheduled. I had to take a private taxi to rush to the airport and eventually missed my flight that day. When I requested refund, the local tour company honored it and provided partial refund. This type of issue can be avoided if the tour operator provided customer with local tour agent on the island so that I could have contacted them directly.

Ecuador is amazing, the nature, community, the landscapes are out of mind! I was there with my family and we enjoyed so many activities with a smart, funny and friendly tour guide!
