My wife and 3 children who are frequent travelers. Our last 5 days with ZTT visiting Aqaba, Petra, and Wadi Rum were the best “tourism” we have ever done. Our trip was managed from end-to-end leaving us to focus on enjoying every detail of our stay in Jordan.

I rarely write Tripadvisor reviews but really want to emphasize how good our tour was. Our first time in Jordan and we were blown away by the incredible experiences this country offers and by the genuine friendliness of everyone we met. No one demonstrated this more than our driver Sami. So much more than simply driving us, he was a wonderful guide, full of information, great stories and truly generous of spirit. I cannot recommend him, the tour and Jordan enough. I can see myself returning in future!

Got the 4* package with an upgrade at 1 hotel in Wadi Rum. The first hotel in Petra was an extremely basic 3*, so not a great start. Also, given the starting time (pick up in Amman at 9:00), we had very limited time to visit Petra and the guide that was included just stayed with us 3 hours, while the visit is supposed to last 4 to 5 hours. The Wadi Rum part went very well. Aqaba was included in the pack but wasn't worth it, as its not the right time of the year to go, it was too cold; we would have appreciated some comment/advice from the agency in this regard, to maybe replace it with a visit to Madaba. Dead Sea was good. The driver (Sami) that was with us during the complete trip was excellent.

The booking for such packages we receive online directly thru Viator / TA platform so we will not know if any other services or changes are of interest to the traveler for us to suggest; especially if clients do not ask, since we reply to all details and questions received from travelers for them to have all the information required prior arrival to Jordan. Please note we have many other packages with Dead Sea and other visits. Also, the hotel option you have booked is superior hotels - 4 stars as published and based on Jordan Hotel Association. In Petra the hotels are different, taking into consideration we book the best hotels within the option, based on your requirements of family-oriented rooms and services. If you wished to upgrade to another hotel, you could have booked the deluxe 5 stars hotel option provided or asked for changes like you did in Wadi Rum. I hope these clarifies your comments for other travelers reading your review. Excellent tour with my guide Hassan. He has been very professional and even contacted me before I travelled to Jordan to introduce himself. Very knowledgeable and as a solo traveller he certainly looked after me. Making sure I was ok in my hotels and that everything was as planned. The trip itself has been really good. A good mix of travel time, activities/sightseeing and relaxation. Loved it and it has made me want to come back and see some of the places again and some others. Thanks for making it a memorable holiday.

Such an amazing trip! This is a great way to see so much of Jordan in a short amount of time, we did add an additional night in Amman. Our driver, Firas, was incredible! He shared so much of his country and culture with us, he helped us arrange additional activities like snorkeling in Aqaba, and sunrise camel tour and a trip to a Dead Sea outlet store. He helped with translations and took care of everything for us at our hotels and helped us with recommendations for what to do on our last day in Amman. The van was comfortable and air conditioned with wifi. We went with the 5* option and all of our hotels we lovely. Spending the night in a dome tent in Wadi Rum was an amazing experience. We definitely recommend this tour package.
