Over all the Trip was very good and satisfying . However ,the houseboat was advertised as a luxury house boat,but it didn't feel luxurious and didn't meet our expectations. We highly recommend our driver "Vipin". he is Excellent driver! Very polite, punctual, and drove safely throughout the trip. The vehicle was clean, and he made our journey comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

We had an amazing 4D/3N family trip to Kerala (Munnar & Allepey) through Iris Holidays and the entire experience was amazing. A special thanks to Mr Kannan, who planned and guided our itinerary perfectly for our family. The accommodation was provided at Lake N Hills resort making our stay truly memorable. Resort was peaceful, clean and comfortable. The highlight of our trip was the private boat house in Alleppey. The experience of cruising through the backwaters was memorable and the food served on the houseboat was delicious. A special thanks to our driver, Mr Monesh, who played a role of driver, guide and photographer. He was professional, polite, and energetic. His driving was smooth and safe. Overall, Iris Holidays provided excellent. Thanks to the entire Iris Holidays team for memorable trip.
We had a wonderful time in Kerala with Iris! Munnar and the tea plantation were a highlight in particular. Our driver Akash was superb - he was polite, punctual and handled ad-hoc the bookings for us around the towns. We also asked for a bunch of specific additions to the itinerary that Iris managed to quickly add. Shout out to Akshay for setting up the changes so quickly. Definitely would recommend

My wife and I went on the 4 Days Best of Kerala tour and loved the experience. We were met on arrival at Kochi Airport by Vijeesh the manager and then driven to Munnar by our driver Sanoop who also acted as our guide for the 4 days. On arrival in Munnar we went on a jeep tour of the Munnar mountains viewing lakes and dams. The next day we visited a dam, Eravikulam National Park and saw several Nilgiri Tahrs, a flower nursery, a tea museum and that night attended dancing and martial arts performances. The following day we toured the Alleppey backwaters on a houseboat and enjoyed an overnight stay on the houseboat. The houseboat chef provided delicious meals during our trip and overnight stay. Finally on the last day we toured Kochi including the Kochi Fort area and Museum and went on a boat trip of the Kochi waterways. Throughout our driver Sanoop asked us if we wanted to see anything in particular and acted as our guide. All in all, it was a very comprehensive and enjoyable tour of Kerala. This tour is highly recommended for both relaxation and inspiration.

This has been a once in a lifetime experience - everything was so simple, communication was excellent and the itinerary was perfectly crafted. All staff - especially our driver - were excellent and very accommodating. The accommodation options in Munnar and the houseboat had all amenities and were clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a unique experience in Kerala.

I wa really looking forward to this and it was nice but beware of who you get as a guide…. I was picked up at my hotel by my driver an after several attempts of trying to communicate small talk with my driver with very little effort from him in return I figured hey he’s the driver and later we will pick up the guide! So after 5-6 hours in the car I realized I’m in trouble at the first hotel stop I reached out to the company to figure out what was going on, they offered me another driver/guide I was ok with that even though I lost a full day . the next day same driver!!!!and now it’s really awkward and while a temporary guide showed up for the day by evening he was done and it was back to awkward silence and that was the rest of the trip . As a solo traveler you still pay for 2 people so it was annoying ,the company did not respond to my emails , so just a heads up to fellow travelers make sure you can converse with your driver before you leave town because there won’t be an alternative once you reach the countryside , btw the boat trip and guys on that wee awesome we fished and chilled out and got away from the traffic for a night which was really nice.
I booked a private tour of 4 days, with 2 nights in Munnar and 1 in houseboat with the addition of Vattavada. Thanks to Saranya who helped me define the program, accommodating my requests for changes, and Rajesh who was a great driver, attentive and considerate. On the last day I asked for a small unscheduled stop and it immediately accommodated me. Communication was simple, in English and via whatsapp/email. I made a request to change the first accommodation option and the chosen facilities were absolutely perfect! Only small note, with an international clientele the driver could speak a little more English. It is true that it is not a guide and that we have always understood each other but being able to have a word, especially traveling alone, would have been nice. In all cases absolutely recommended!

I recently completed a 3 nights and 4 days trip with my family to Kochi, Marari, and Kumarakom booked through Iris Holidays, and it was a wonderful experience. Saranya, the Trip Designer, was very helpful in planning our itinerary and provided us with a well-structured and economic package. All the hotels she selected for us were good, comfortable, and well maintained. The food at the hotels was also excellent. Our driver Antony picked us up from Kochi Airport on time and coordinated the entire trip very smoothly. He was punctual throughout the journey and ensured timely pick-ups and drops at every location until our final drop at the Kochi hotel. He was also very helpful in guiding us with shopping for Kerala specialties and local items. Overall, we had a pleasant and hassle-free trip. Thank you to the Iris Holidays team for the great arrangements. I would definitely recommend Antony as a driver and Iris Holidays to anyone planning a Kerala trip.
