Nos reuniremos no meu apartamento, nutriremos com lanches locais e beberemos cocktails de Vermut, e vamos cozinhar! A aula vai correr por cerca de 3 horas e consiste em cozinhar, socializar, comer, e honestamente provavelmente alguns derrames e risadas! Cozinharemos e comeremos 7 itens que consistem em 2 aperitivos, 1 principal, 1 lateral, 1 sobremesa e tudo o que você precisa para beber vinho de uma vinícola próxima onde eu trabalho como sommelier (também temos bebidas não alcoólicas, se necessário). Uma vez que a aula termina, você pode todos ramificar para o resto de sua noite incrível em Mendoza com uma barriga cheia e possivelmente alguns novos amigos para explorar com!

A wonderful, fun-filled evening spent with the lovely David and Rosie. Thank you for your warm and welcoming hospitality — and, of course, the delicious food! Such a lovely experience to add to your “must-do” list in Mendoza. We can’t wait to try the recipes David sent us!
It felt incredibly authentic, like being invited into a friend’s kitchen rather than a tourist attraction. We had the best time learning to cook and the food was delicious, and David spoke perfect English, which made learning the techniques much easier.

Wonderful experience. David and his sister were super sweet, you immediately felt welcome and was wonderfully received. You could prepare the food and at the same time have an excellent conversation with the group. David and his sister do the actual cooking, but you can focus wonderfully on the experience and the conversations, especially since afterwards you get the recipe book digitally too sent with all recipes and drinks.
