Facing customer service was polite and informative. The options were clear and easy to understand. Ms. Quynh was very helpful and her English was very good. It helped since I don’t speak Vietnamese. The time at the stall was perfect. About 15 minutes from start to finish. Ms. Quynh was good to check and recheck that the eSIM worked. She called and txt my phone to ensure connectivity. The price point was excellent and I have been using it since February 18. Ms. Quynh did a very good job. A good person to help when looking for a good data plan while in Vietnam.
