If you want to sail calmly to the stopping points, then don't take this boat. The lunch that went with it was nothing either, unfortunately. The stops for swimming were fun. The guide often came irritated.
Sea cruise was nice, we enjoyed the trip. Bar was great and served us great drinks

Practically non-existent audio guide in Italian 4 words to describe the day's route and no other explanation
There was a bit of wind that day, but that also made for good waves, which was a lot of fun. Overall, everyone liked it very much. There was always a happy hour and we even saw dolphins. We had originally booked Santa Maria, but due to the higher waves we were diverted to Captain Cook. The food was really good; there could perhaps have been one more skewer, but otherwise it was plenty. Since it was a smaller ship, it was not as crowded and that was just right for us. The other large pirate ships were more of a party boat tour, which we did not want at all. That is why everything was just right. One more tip: It is best to be there early, then you can also get a spot on the free sun loungers - they were taken very quickly and were only available in a limited number.
We were a group of 8, 4 adults and 4 children aged 7,9,10,11. We had a fab time on the trip. Easy booking. Good price. Location on the app wasn’t actually where it was berthed but we had seen it the previous night so knew exactly where to go. Food was pork kebab, salad and bread. We visited 3 places where we had roughly an hour in each place to have a little explore. The staff were friendly. Food and drinks on board were reasonably priced. The mojitos were amazing! A fab day out was had by all.
Fun boat trip, you come to nice and beautiful places with friendly locals
We booked to do the 3 island tour on the Santa Maria boat as we wanted a quiet and more intimate experience than the big party boats. When we arrived and tried to board the boat however, we were told by the crew that we had been moved to a different boat because it would be a “quieter” and “better experience” - though this was never communicated to the operator we booked with. Having seen the Santa Maria cruising around, it was definitely quieter than the Captain Hook. That said, we managed to get a sunbed spot on the top deck and had a really good day out. The host, Eddie, was great. Food, drinks and general service were good. Unfortunately we only visited 2 islands, not 3 as advertised. We also noted that some boats docked at a bigger port in Kalymnos. Additionally, when we docked for swim stops this was slightly chaotic as those jumping in seemed to think they had priority to get out of the water first, which left large queues of those wanting to use the ladder to get into the sea. I felt that if a staff member was controlling entry and exit e.g., one in one out then this would’ve ran smoother. Those jumping in and getting out quickly were quite entitled so unless the person at the front of the queue was assertive, we never would have got in the water.
