9 canhões que os artesãos Hue lançaram no segundo ano de Gia Long (1803). Nove canhões são considerados uma das mais valiosas obras de arte em bronze. Os antigos nove canhões foram colocados ao pé da Cidadela Imperial, na entrada do Portão Ngo Mon – a cidade imperial de Hue. Durante o reinado do rei Khai Dinh, eles foram transferidos para sua posição atual.
Construído em 1833 no estilo tradicional vietnamita sob o governo do rei Minh Mang e usado pelos reis para movimentos de tropas e cerimônias.
Um monumento arquitetônico da Dinastia Nguyen localizado no meio da face sul da cidadela de Hue, dentro da fortaleza de Nam Chanh, que também é o local para pendurar a bandeira da corte real.
Este palácio está localizado na área da Cidade Imperial da cidadela de Hue, que é o local de coroação de 13 reis Nguyen de Gia Long a Bao Dai. Nos regimes feudais, este palácio era considerado o centro do país.
São nove urnas de bronze, localizadas em frente ao Templo Mieu na Cidadela Imperial de Hue. O Nine Peaks foi encomendado pelo imperador Minh Mang no inverno de 1835 e inaugurado em 1º de março de 1837.
O Mieu também chamado de The To Mieu, construído em 1821 pelos segundos reis da dinastia Nguyen - Minh Mang. Este é um templo para adorar 10 reis da dinastia Nguyen.
Nesta parte, admiraremos a residência da mãe do imperador, a Biblioteca Real, o Lago Real, o Jardim Real e o Teatro Real.
A Cidade Púrpura Proibida pertence a um complexo da antiga capital de Hue, que é o centro da vida cotidiana dos Reis, suas Rainhas, Esposas Menores e Cocubinas dos Imperadores de Nguyen. A Cidade Proibida está localizada atrás do palácio Thai Hoa, foi construída pela primeira vez pelo rei Gia Long (1804). No terceiro ano do reinado de Minh Mang (1822), o rei mudou o nome para Cidade Proibida Púrpura.

Our guide was so friendly and knowledgeable. A well paced tour with lots of insight into the history
We had Thanh as our tour guide and she was incredible! This walking tour was the best way to see the Imperial city, we started at 7am to avoid the heat of the day. Thanh had incredible knowledge and such impressive language skills to be able to answer all of our questions, she didn't miss a detail, from the tiniest pieces of mosaic artwork to the large gates and thrown. Thanh told us about the history of Vietnam as well as the Kings of Hue and the impact of the wars on the city and buildings. We went around all of the important buildings in a logical way and didn't even notice the walking! We would highly recommend this tour, especially Thanh!

The tour was unbeatable. Beem is a fantastic guide who was able to tell us the story of Vietnam as we went through the enclosure, making sense of everything we saw.
