I joined this 3 day tour during my annual leave, and it was such a great experience! We visited several cities, and each one had its own unique vibe and highlights, which made the trip really interesting and memorable.The tour was super convenient!I didn't have to worry about transportation or accommodation at all, which made everything stress-free. In just 3 days, we were able to see so many attractions and explore different places efficiently. the tour was well planned and even though there were some long drives, it never felt too tiring.

It was so much fun. Our tour guide Kevin Chen was so awesome. He provided all the information and trivia regarding the places we visited. All the group members were so amazing. Definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

My wife and I are happy to be part of the tour group that travelled across Eastern Canada in the beginning of October 2025. We enjoyed every moment of the tour. Cindy, the tour manager was someone with good tour guide experience who knows what she does. We experienced this throughout our journey. Cindy had good knowledge about the places we visited and gave us accurate information on what we saw. She was successful in sticking to the time frame at every venue that we visited. She displayed that she cared for each member of the group and was instrumental in retrieving the lost bag of a group member and solacing a wife who missed her husband at a tour venue. Accommodation and selection of restaurants were up to the mark.

Tour was okay but encountered some issues. First, I did not expect that our driver will be our tour guide as well (Simon). Safety should be their priority but instead the driver/guide was texting most of the time while driving (due to his dual responsibility). Second, there’s definitely communication barrier. Majority in our group do not speak Chinese so we should’ve been assigned with guide who can converse well in English. Hotel we stayed in was clean and neat but they did not provide us with water.

There is a lot of driving with this tour but to see the fall colors this tour is ideal. Kevin Liu explained what we would see at each location and gave us a brief history of the region. I hope to make this tour an annual trip in the fall.

The experience was brilliant and a great way to see some of Canada The trip was very interesting and informative and we enjoyed the views and the visits that we made My only complaint is that I would not call the minibus ‘luxury’ as we felt every bump on the road!!

Although, it was a 13 passenger van, because we had 13 adults the van was over crowded. There was no wi-fi on the van and only a couple charging ports. This was a mixed group, so the driver had to translate in both English and Chinese. Yet, it felt more of a Chinese favored tour. As well, the route was chaotic. We drove from Quebec to Ottawa on the last morning, which was 2.5 hours away, to then have a 5-6 hr trip back to Toronto. Riding those 2.5 hours to Ottawa, to only have 45-mins there, wasn’t worth it. Plus, the area wasn’t safe and the park was full of people smoking marijuana. Additionally, the stop in Mont-Tremblant was a waste. Another 2.5 hr drive for a 45-min stop, and because we arrived early morning most of the shops and attractions were closed. The entire tour could have been organized better to allow the appropriate time at the stops, even if that meant reducing the number of places. Oh forgot, the stop in Quebec City was almost 5-hrs, with a 3-hr walking tour. I dropped the group after the 1st 45-mins as I have feet pain. This is information they should include on the advertisement of the tour.

The itinerary was strictly carried out in accordance with what was disclosed on our website. We understand your frustration with the route planning, particularly the long drive to Ottawa. We are committed to making necessary adjustments to provide a better experience for future guests. 4. Regarding the stop in Ottawa, the guide parked near Parliament Hill and did not notice any smell of marijuana in the area. 5. The time in Quebec City was allocated as follows: 1-hour walking tour ,1-hour meal break ,2 hours for optional activities (at the guest’s discretion regarding participation) .We will update our tour descriptions to include details about physical requirements to help guests make informed decisions. The tour guide had no knowledge about the places we visited so we were dropped off and left to explore on our own. This was not the experience I was expecting. The hotel we stayed in did not provide basic things like water bottles which was really disappointing. As a solo traveller I felt shortchanged as I had paid a lot for a very underwhelming service. I am a vegetarian and had paid more than a $100 in my trip selection (“including French dinners”) for two meals but this did not include any vegetarian option. I had to repeatedly request them to buy me a comparable vegetarian dinner elsewhere to compensate for this but it hardly covered the extra amount paid by me. The places we visited were good but I would have been able to enjoy them more if the other parts of the experience were also equally satisfying.
