Sentinela permanente no porto de Waitemata, a ponte do porto de Auckland é uma peça crucial de infraestrutura. A Harbour Bridge é a única ponte que conecta a metrópole do distrito comercial central ao North Shore e além, ao Northland.
A localização de Maungauika na entrada do porto de Waitematā tornou-o uma importante defesa costeira. Foi o medo de uma invasão russa na década de 1880 que levou à construção de um forte e as três baterias de armas desaparecidas apontadas ao longo da maunga (montanha). This was a wonderful 4 hours hours experience, with tour guide transport pickup and drop off from my hotel. Everything about the tour was just perfect and the sites and stop point was just breath taking. New Zealand tour is the best and tour guide Seam Kim is a 5 star tour guide.

I enjoyed this tour because it took me outside the city center, and I was able to see sites I may not have normally seen on a local walking tour. Mount Eden with its views and the winter garden with its beautiful flowers were the highlights. Noble did a great job leading the tour. I would highly recommend this tour!

1st off, Sean was fantastic. Great guide, great driver. Got us to each destination safely. Gave us guided tours and info. about each site we were visiting. We have a fantastic Auckland half day tour with our Tour Guide, Sean Kim. I think we had managed to see the most important highlight of Auckland City. Obviously, Sean is very knowledgeable of the history and culture of New Zealand especially Māori peoples. He is very caring and communicate very well in English too. He also assisted us with a lot of information of few good areas to visit in Rotorua and also some good restaurants recommendation. A highly recommended Tour Guide. Thanks, Wong
