Really good trip. Boat was fully booked and albeit all seats taken on the upper deck there was still room to get by and down to lower decks. The 1st leg to Los Gigantes was really good and amazing to see so many flying fish and the distance they fly. Once at the bay where we stopped for a much needed cooling down by swimming in the bay below the stunning volcanic cliffs. Felt very safe and no strong tidal currents in the bay. Lunch was served and we were pleasantly surprised at how tasty lunch was. Homemade red cabbage slaw, veg rice and chicken meatballs. Free flowing soft drinks, beers and sangria during the day. To top off an amazing day we saw two separate pods of short pilot whales with mum and babies often breaching to take in air. Boat stayed with the family (in silence) enough time for everyone to see and take pics before moving on and finding a second smaller pod. In all we had a fantastic day and to see the whales made it extra special.

Was far too overcrowded, everyone squashed and no space to relax. People should be given a seat and made to feel comfortable

too many people on the boat little space to take pictures of whales on 3h, there is only an hour for the discovery of cetaces, well pity disappointed with this activity,

We really enjoyed our trip, staff really friendly and helpful! Unfortunately our swim stop was cut short as someone spot ill on the boat, and we didn’t have time to go back. But other than that, we had an amazing time and highly recommend. We saw dolphins and whales during our trip. Bottomless drinks available and food provided was really lovely! They even brought round some local honey rum to finish off the trip, stunning!

Just wow , what a wonderful experience we saw lots of pilot whales and seas up so close .beautiful scenery and the chance to take a swim . The staff were fantastic friendly and the guide was informative. The food wasn’t to my taste but I am pretty fussy and I still managed to get by . Lots of drinks on tap ( self serve) toilets were clean with enough to mean no queues . I’ve been on a few of these excursions and this by far beats them all hands down . I highly recommend

A nice experience, we could see the caldoneros and the dolphins. But the boat was full of people and the food was nit the best.

Arrived in time and had prior communication with tour operator via my booking confirmation. Once we arrived i was told they couldn’t find our booking, but they took the details and said they would find it and we could board. After about 10mins they approached my husband first and asked him to come off the boat as they had an issue with the ticket he advised them i was the one with the details so they should speak to me, i believe the harshness & rudeness they spoke to my husband was due to his race! They then approached me & my 4 year old and asked us to step off the boat! I was again asked about the booking for which i again showed the ticket and advised i had paid for which there reply was well not via us directly and therefore thats not there issue! The customer advisor was rude and unprofessionally! Eventually they said it was there issue and we could board, no apology of anything! Ruined the whole trip and will never use them again. I certainly wouldn’t recommend them either!

I wanted to congratulate this company, because it is not only the services it offers of maritime excursions for passengers and whale watching, but I, Andrés Hidalgo Alcobre, was lucky enough to be able to do my internship for the Certificate of Professionalism in Environmental Management, And it is important to highlight that I have been able to verify that behind what the excursions are, there is a team of personnel, working in parallel, so that the environmental impact is minimal. I was able to see the approach to cetaceans, the customer treatment, the management of the waste we generate, the control and communication with other vessels about the location of marine animals, the crew is dedicated to their work and are constantly improving, and I have been able to verify it. It is appreciated the work that it takes to work constantly, so as not to negatively influence the environment that surrounds us. I have took this boat trip twice this year, once in may and then in July. Both times we seen dolphins and whales but the first visit in may we had much more activity and seen a range of different dolphins and whales. The boat was busy and near capacity but still plenty of room and didn’t make the experience not enjoyable. The staff were very friendly but the tour guide was a female lady and we struggled to understand due to the language, joahannes was a better guide, easier to understand in various languages and more informative with regards the activity. On my Previous visit there was a guy filming the whole experience which you could buy for 20 euros afterwards and was good value but on my recent visit he was not there. The boat is decent size and very clean.

Saw lots of whales and dolphins. Although boat was busy and you scramble for seats. If you leave your seat someone else may be in it. Staff on board work really hard and are super friendly. I have done this before on a smaller catamaran and loved it, so may just be my preference.
