- Horário do encontro: 30 minutos antes do início do seu safari. Por favor, seja pontual, pois não serão emitidos reembolsos para chegadas tardias ou não comparecimentos.
- O motorista de uma moto de neve deve ter pelo menos 18 anos de idade e possuir uma licença de motorista B válida. Os clientes que pretendem conduzir uma motosserra devem levar sua licença de condução com eles no passeio. De acordo com as regulamentações de trânsito finlandesas, não podem ser aceitas cópias, fotografias ou licenças digitais. Se você não levar sua carta de condução você não será capaz de dirigir e nenhum reembolso pode ser oferecido.
- Wild Nordic tem tolerância 0 a álcool e drogas durante as atividades.
- Crianças de 4 a 14 anos que pagam o preço criança têm direito a uma vaga no trenó puxado pela motoneve do guia. Crianças com mais de 140 cm podem viajar como passageiras no snowmobile, pagando o preço de adulto. Crianças de até 7 anos deverão estar acompanhadas por um adulto no trenó. Observe que não recomendamos safaris em motos de neve para crianças menores de 4 anos para seu próprio conforto e segurança.
- Os passeios de moto de neve não são adequados para mulheres grávidas devido às vibrações resultantes de pistas irregulares e à presença de gases de escape das motos de neve.
- O motorista da moto de neve é responsável por qualquer dano causado à moto de neve. O montante da auto-responsabilidade por danos causados à snowmobile é uma taxa fixa de 900€. Ao comprar uma isenção de auto-responsabilidade adicional por 20€/condutor, você pode reduzir a taxa fixa de auto-responsabilidade para 200€/condutor/caso de acidente.
- A Wild Nordic reserva-se o direito de alterar a rota e a duração de todas as excursões devido às condições climáticas e de neve prevalecentes ou em consideração à segurança e conforto dos participantes. A Wild Nordic reserva-se o direito de interromper o passeio se um participante for visto como um perigo potencial para si mesmo ou para outras pessoas ou se estiver com problemas de saúde. Os safaris pré-pagos não serão reembolsados nesses casos.

Very cool experience where we only drove with his 5 and a very nice trip. We were also able to keep the speed up, with the youth wanting to go even faster. Also a very nice guide which held enough stop/photo moments with nice hot berry juice during the break.
I recommend this safari! Very well organized, the explanations are very clear, the guides very friendly. The walk is very secure, the time of walk is as planned. The landscapes are beautiful. We have the right to a small snack break in the middle of the walk. A little more, I asked for a French guide, if possible, and we had a French guide (thanks to Marie, our guide for her kindness 😉). Do not hesitate to book this safari!!

We joined the 2-hour snowmobile tour with Wild Nordic Finland, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! We were lucky to be only four guests with one guide, which made the tour feel very personal and relaxed. Before the ride, we were provided with full thermal clothing and protective gear (overall suit, gloves, boots, socks, neck warmer, and a helmet with visor). Everything was well organized and of great quality, so we felt warm and safe right from the start. After a short and clear safety and driving briefing, we set off into the breathtaking winter landscape. Riding through the beautiful snow-covered forests of Lapland and across frozen lakes was simply stunning. The scenery was truly unforgettable. Our guide, Merit, was incredibly friendly, professional, and warm-hearted. She made the whole experience even better with her positive and calm manner. After about an hour, we stopped at a scenic viewpoint, enjoyed hot berry juice and a cookie, and took in the spectacular surroundings. It was the perfect little break. There was also the opportunity to switch drivers after the break, and Merit mentioned that this could be arranged earlier, later, or even for shorter sections upon request, which was very flexible and accommodating. She also kindly offered to take photos of us during the tour. We had so much fun, saw a lot of beautiful landscapes, and felt very well taken care of throughout the entire experience. The pickup and drop-off at the tourist center worked smoothly and without any issues. We can highly recommend this tour – it was an unforgettable adventure, and our wonderful guide contributed greatly to making it so special!
