The trip itself had some cool visit points and some good spots. With that being said we had some things in the tour we find a bit Strange. We were asked extra soles for tickets and entrances without clarification of what we actually got a ticket for, and would have loved for it to just be included in the price so there was more transparency about what we were paying for. Also the planning for a two day trip was a bit Strange. For example there was a tasting in the program for both days which turned out to be a tasting of exactly the 3 same sweets. The tour ended in huacachina and we would have had to find back to our own hotel in ica, even though the tour states we could stay both places. However the busdriver drove us some of the way so we had to walk less. But had he not had the hotel very close to where the bus was going anyway we would have to navigate quite far without internet connection which didnt feel optimal. Again there are some good spots and places worth visiting, and the guide we had on day 2 did a stellar job, but in general the tour could have felt more professional.
