Francis was amazing guide from pick up game drive and explaining the habit of animals. Accomodation was good and I recommend them

It was a business trip and we enjoyed. Using this company was a great idea since they have a good communication and well organised. I just say they are competent.

We booked this trip with interest in viewing mt.kirimajalo. we booked this with confidence. John was at pick up on time with a very nice Jeep. We hard amalizeg time since avaly morning we had a great viewing of elephant with a background of mt.kirimajalo. I just say thank john for incredible memories

We booked this trip with confidence that they will provide it well. John picked us on time at our hotel and after 3 hours we had a great welcome at camp. Game drive was more amazing with a buck ground of my. Kilimanjaro. We recommend it. Thank team valley tours

Very decent company, everything was super organized as planned, 100 percent satisfaction, managed to see Kilimanjaro and a lot of animals, I really recommend it, you don't have to worry about anything :)Experience for all live in Kenya.

First of all they are time keepers. We were picked up on time at the Airport. Welcomed by the humble driver guide. Started our safari well. On our way my friends and I could spot Mt Kilimanjaro in a far distance. On arrival we checked in, warmly welcomed by the workers in the camp. We had our delicious lunch and later we were picked up for the evening game drive. We spotted 50% of the animals since we're informed animal are most active during the late evening time and early in the morning. We drove back to the camp after the game drive. Had our supper on time. And the Accomodation was lit 😉 well arranged and clean. The next day we woke up early in the morning, checking out and having our breakfast on time. We exited the camp and we head to the perk for a quick game drive. Later we drove off the park heading to Nairobi for drop off. We requested to be dropped off a little bit earlier so that we don't miss our flight. And we made it on time in the Airport. Thank you so much Team Valley Rocks for making this tour a reality. 👏👏 Good job.

Not what I paid for, but still a great trip in many ways! Paid for a private trip with possible cancellation 24hrs prior. About 10 hrs before tour started they write and ask me if another person can join. As I am easy-going and like meeting people that was fine by me. Also, what other options did I have, with only 48 hrs in Nairobi? However, they did not offer any discount to the trip. As I got to know my fellow-traveller who they had put on my privat trip it turns out she also paid for a private trip, and she was told there would be another traveller 3 days in advance. Valley Rocks Tours could easily have informed me 3 days prior thus given me time to find another tour if I wanted. Seems they calculated that I had no other option at such short notice. The trip I will sum up in a few sentences: Pros: Got to see a decent amount wildlife but not all big 5. Friendly driver/guide (Francis) that loaned my about USD 3 at one point when I did not have local currency. Cool eco-village with decent food and overpriced beer. Pretty much the only reason the trip was great in many ways was my suprise co-traveller. It was fun companionship. Cons: Ambolesi is over-crowded with tourists, the wildlife is scarce and dwindling. Tour markedet as eco-friendly but Francis seemed to seldom turn his car engine off - that is by far not very eco-friendly. Pick-up was more than 1 hrs delayed and agency gave one excuse after another, and then Francis the driver gave a completely new one when he arrived - had the message been clear at the beginning I could have relaxed inside rather than being pestered by "friendly" people wanting to drive me or having the heat and the sun glare at me. Francis drives excessivly agressive, even by local standards. Some of his take-overs were incredibly narrow escapes - and the car had non-functioning seatbelts (a slight tug and it would loosen, stomach-belt only). Finally, the eco-lodge only had 1 bungalow and as we were two I offered it to my fellow traveller. I was sent to a tiny room with shared bath. Not what I paid for!

I we had a trip with valley tour and we enjoyed and we decided to book with them again to amboseli. Amboseli national park was more more amazing a I recommend it. We had a cance to sport big group of elephant very close even we were scared for elephant be aggressive to us. John guide was telling us to be calm nothing more they can do if we maintained silent. Thank mr. john for making the trip more fun. I really recommend.

Amboseli national park was amazing with peter. We had evening game drive sporting group of elements, Lions zebra and many more. The following day we had a time to see lioness hunting buffalo with great success. I recommend it.
