This was our second time booking with Drivers in Sri Lanka and we asked for our favourite guide Podi who was exceptional once again. The best part about the guide and the tour operator is their flexibility in providing another option. For example we were quite tired in Sigiriya and didn’t want to climb the Pidurangala rock, so instead of wasting time we did a tuktuk tour that was organized instantly by Podi. He is very well connected and proactively coordinates with hotels to ensure we got the most out of our trip…. Even after the longest rides!

We have just finished travelling around Sri Lanka for 2 weeks with 2 young families. Our driver was Manjula and he was absolutely fantastic. First and foremost he was a safe and careful driver- at no point did we feel anything but 100% safe in his care. He was brilliant with our children, very patient and kind towards them - my daughter has actually asked if he is now part of our family. He was so accommodating to our needs and helpful on all elements of our holiday including on the trips when he would support us and translate when needed. Manjula our holiday would not have been the same without you and we are so thankful to have had you looking after us whilst we visited your wonderful country.

Thanks to him, our holiday became an unforgettable experience. We will remember Sri Lanka for its breathtaking landscapes, rich culture and warm hospitality, and our driver Mahinda played a major role in making our trip so special. Our 15-day package (for 4 people) included a private air-conditioned KDH van, an English-speaking driver, fuel, taxes, and 13 nights of accommodation with breakfast. The Itinerary The route they planned was diverse and exciting, covering everything from: Culture: Colombo City Tour, Temple of the Tooth in Kandy, and the Dambulla Cave Temple. Adventure: Canyoning in Kitulgala and the Flying Ravana zip line in Ella. Nature: Elephant safaris, the famous Ambewela-to-Ella train journey, and whale watching in Mirissa.
