It was a wonderful experience. Our guide, John, was exceptional. After kayaking through the mangrove forest, we walked along the beach at sunset, with a beautiful view of Mount Agung. We also explored the seabed at low tide and even came across some starfish. It was truly an unforgettable experience.

Overall good experience. Easy checking, kind and professional staff. The mangroves are beautiful. We chose the transparent kayak option, which was good. The main drawback is the route is fairly short. We were back in about 45 minutes. I also suspect the experience might be better at lower tide. Perhaps that could be mentioned in the advertisement so customers consider that factor. Overall, a good experience and worth doing to see another part of the island and ecosystem.

We were picked up from our hotel on time and taken on a fabulous paddle along some pristine mangroves and then out to sea - but not very far, it’s perfectly safe. Our guide pointed out starfish and lizards in the trees. Highly recommend.

So easy from beginning to end, pick up and drop off was great, definite value for money, highly recommend the transparent kayaks for comfort and what you can see when you enter the clear water- highly recommend

Did the clear boat tour and was an amazing way to see part of the island you'd normally miss. Mangroves are very chill but when you pop out into the crystal clear waters outside the mangroves it's really something special.

The journey by glass boat wonderful and very nice

Was such a great trip. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the dock. We jumped on the kayaks are were off through the mangroves and ended up following them out to the bay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

Pick up on time at the hotel. Free drinks on site. Unfortunately, the trip with the transparent boat did not take 1 hour as indicated, but only 45 minutes. The boater was very nice. Unfortunately on the route a lot of oncoming traffic with other boats.
